Amazing to work with

Jess was our coordinator for our September 2021 wedding at Kress, and hands down our best vendor. She was unfailingly organized and kind, and thought of all the details that slipped our minds. We had multiple virtual meetings with her before our wedding date that helped ease our anxieties, and it was clear she was experienced and professional. Multiple guests at our wedding commented on how smooth our ceremony and reception ran (both held at Kress), and how friendly Jess was. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Venue

My husband and I had a beautiful vow renewal at the Donald & Carol Kress Pavilion this past July. We lived out of state and the staff was so accommodating during the planning process. From their quick responses, FaceTime calls or recommendations it was such a pleasure to work with them, they made it so easy! The venue itself is just stunning. Friends and family could not stop raving about how gorgeous the wrap around porch was especially with the beautiful scenery. It was the perfect spot for an outdoor wedding. Would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking!

Excellent Indoor/Outdoor Door County Option

Pros: For a 150 person wedding on two floors or a smaller wedding on one floor, this is a great indoor/outdoor modern floor-to-ceiling glass encased wedding venue! We held our reception on June 5, 2021, one of the first weddings at the venue. You can save money by bringing your own alcohol and choosing your own vendors. Great for live music, Horseshoe Bay views and sunsets!

Cons: Ensure you have a larger planning/setup/attendants ready to WORK HARD to help you. We needed more help as the staff there can just help with basic setup. You need people to setup, tear down, help you with microphones or needs during the dinner/after, EVERYTHING. It is not the cheapest venue, costs add up, but it was worth it for the style of wedding we wanted and we saved in other ways (live music by friends, local food providers, our own alcohol, our own decor).

If you need help planning for this venue, decor we used for ours there, or any help, contact me by reaching out on this website via this post and forum!
