It was beautiful! The remodel is amazing. Staff was AMAZING! Food was really great, lots of compliments.

We couldn't have picked a better wedding venue to celebrate our wedding day. Beth was always available for our questions and communicated promptly with us. Planning a wedding during a pandemic wasn't easy but Beth and the Swan Club took every precaution to ensure that our celebration was a success! The venue was beautiful and the food was delicious. The waitstaff was attentive to our guests and the bartenders were kept busy all night! If there was anything we needed in that night, Beth was there to assist. We had the most memorable experience at the Swan Club and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful venue that is reasonably priced and flexible with what you dream of for your special day.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Beth was absolutely wonderful to work with! The package deal was definitely the way to go. It included linens, all you can drink beer, all you can eat food, choice of champagne or wine for head table and reserved tables, and their awesome kneecaps for dessert. They do free cake cutting after 8 pm, which I found that some other places charge for that no matter when it's done. The flexibility was wonderful, especially during this time of Covid. The staff was super friendly and everything tasted wonderful. I'd highly recommend them, especially if you're having a bigger gathering. You totally get your money's worth! 5 stars all around.

We loved Beth - she seems like she will be very fun and enjoyable to work with! We didn't feel rushed during our initial visit and she was able to answer all our questions!!

I really cannot write enough good things about The Swan Club! Beth was amazing to work with! She always answered every question we had right away. She checked on everyone in our families throughout the night to make sure everything was going as planned. I had so many people come up to me after the wedding and tell me how excellent the food was! It came out hot and really fast and it was the best wedding food they have ever had and the old fashion fountain during cocktail hour was one of the most unique things they have seen. I highly highly recommend this place to anyone!

I have visited this place many times before for family or work banquets and always had a great experience as a guest. But all those times were nothing compared to the experience I had as being a renter myself. From the first day I called, went in to look around and to my last day of set up and event day....everything exceeded my expectations. The hostess Beth, went so above and beyond with anything I needed. Not only was she super patient with all my questions, concerns, calls (many) and plans but SO HELPFUL. She literally lifted my biggest burden of the big day off my shoulders entirely. I mean everything from the card box and finishing touches on my centerpieces (before I arrived that night) to the PowerPoint setup and what I wanted to drink that night even though I changed my mind last minute- she accommodated every last minute request. This woman and her staff are incredible and I'd like to think a little Special De Pere Secret. It's a great location, food was DELICIOUS, awesome and affordable pricing, acommodating and flexible to the bride and groom or any party-thrower. I highly recommend Beth at Swan Club for whatever it is you're planning. They have larger or smaller rooms and menu/budget options for literally whatever size party. I do not have one-single-complaint!

Price wise I want to add.... Their prices were very competitive. I think it was about $20ish a head and that was with the full package. Including drinks, dinner, appetizers, drink fountain, desserts, cake cutting, AV equipment, head table risers, lighted backdrop and everything! Far better than most places in our area!

We had our wedding at the Swan Club on 8/18/18. I cannot express how incredible our whole night was! The Swan Club was truly the best venue for our wedding. We picked the Swan Club at first based on the very reasonable prices and the gorgeous Tiered Room. Soon to discover, Beth (our venue coordinator) was absolutely wonderful to work with. I recall my first time meeting her. She dropped a piece of paper and I picked it up. She then told me that if we chose the Swan Club, picking up that piece of paper would be the most work I would have to do with her helping out. She was correct!! Beth is so wonderful and she kept checking in on us and guests throughout the entire night to make sure we had everything we needed.

I truly would not recommend anywhere other than the Swan Club for your wedding. I had the best night of my life and Beth and her team were right alongside in helping me marry my husband.

So many wonderful things to say! Absolutely the best venue! Beth and the staff was so amazing! Food was amazing and we had so many compliments!
