I can't say enough good things about this place. Beth was absolutely wonderful to work with! The package deal was definitely the way to go. It included linens, all you can drink beer, all you can eat food, choice of champagne or wine for head table and reserved tables, and their awesome kneecaps for dessert. They do free cake cutting after 8 pm, which I found that some other places charge for that no matter when it's done. The flexibility was wonderful, especially during this time of Covid. The staff was super friendly and everything tasted wonderful. I'd highly recommend them, especially if you're having a bigger gathering. You totally get your money's worth! 5 stars all around. -

The service during our wedding was incredible, the food was quickly served, and it was delicious! We received many compliments from our guests too. Book them as your venue and you will not be disappointed! :)

Jasmine Sent on 01/23/2018I got married in June 9, 2017 and had our reception at the Swan Club. It was an amazing experience! She was very helpful through the whole process up to the wedding day. She answered my emails quickly everytime I had a question about random things about there hall. (I’m a very detailed person) she worked with us a lot and made sure we felt good about the place and how we wanted it and communicated with us on everystep. We did the package deal so we were able to pick wine or champagne, Well I wanted wine and my husband wanted Champaign, so I let my husband get what he wanted since I picked out everything for the wedding including our beauty and the beast themed wedding. But She insisted that I at least get wine and everyone else had champagne. The day of the wedding she made sure I had my wine and always asked if we needed anything and checked on us through the night. She was amazing to work with! And made our wedding process so much more enjoyable! I recommend anyone to have there reception there! Nothing but positive from our guest! Even in the early stages of looking for a place we would ask people about the swan club and nothing but positive reviews! And now that our wedding is over I have to ageee that the Swan Club is an AMAZING place to have it at!

Cassandra Sent on 11/22/2017Our wedding was on September 2, 2017, over Labor Day weekend. Beth was very responsive to us in the Summer of 2016 when we reached out with the hopes to look at the venue and ask questions. Beth worked with our budget, and the value of the family style dinner was the best we found in all of the Northeast WI area. The Swan Club is so well known in the area that our families were pleased with the choice to have the reception at the Swan Club. Closer to the day of, Beth was responding within 24 hours to all emails, and was patient with our many last minute questions and changes. Beth ensured the rehearsal dinner went flawlessly and that we were well taken care of at the reception. We would highly recommend this venue to everyone looking, whether you are planning a small or large wedding! We had 225 guests, and the Swan Club was able to make a space work where everyone had their own space and the bar service was awesome, no long lines! The clean-up was quick and seamless by the staff, and we cannot say how much we appreciate the staff that worked on our rehearsal dinner and gift opening brunch! Everything went so well, thank you Beth and all of your Swan Club/Legends Staff!

Angela Sent on 10/27/2011The Swan Club was an amazing place for our wedding reception! We couldn't have picked a better place. Beth helped make everything go as smoothly as possible. Tho there were a couple hiccups in the night she was right on top of it and no one noticed. The food and service was excellent and we got a lot of compliments from our guests. We also loved that we were able to go decorate the night before so we didn't have to rush around the morning of our wedding to get things done!
