Amazing service, incredible food. Definitely worth the family package pricing! Loved our special day so much!! Beth was great to work with!

We loved Beth - she seems like she will be very fun and enjoyable to work with! We didn't feel rushed during our initial visit and she was able to answer all our questions!!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Beth was absolutely wonderful to work with! The package deal was definitely the way to go. It included linens, all you can drink beer, all you can eat food, choice of champagne or wine for head table and reserved tables, and their awesome kneecaps for dessert. They do free cake cutting after 8 pm, which I found that some other places charge for that no matter when it's done. The flexibility was wonderful, especially during this time of Covid. The staff was super friendly and everything tasted wonderful. I'd highly recommend them, especially if you're having a bigger gathering. You totally get your money's worth! 5 stars all around.

We couldn't have picked a better wedding venue to celebrate our wedding day. Beth was always available for our questions and communicated promptly with us. Planning a wedding during a pandemic wasn't easy but Beth and the Swan Club took every precaution to ensure that our celebration was a success! The venue was beautiful and the food was delicious. The waitstaff was attentive to our guests and the bartenders were kept busy all night! If there was anything we needed in that night, Beth was there to assist. We had the most memorable experience at the Swan Club and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful venue that is reasonably priced and flexible with what you dream of for your special day.

I really cannot write enough good things about The Swan Club! Beth was amazing to work with! She always answered every question we had right away. She checked on everyone in our families throughout the night to make sure everything was going as planned. I had so many people come up to me after the wedding and tell me how excellent the food was! It came out hot and really fast and it was the best wedding food they have ever had and the old fashion fountain during cocktail hour was one of the most unique things they have seen. I highly highly recommend this place to anyone!

I have visited this place many times before for family or work banquets and always had a great experience as a guest. But all those times were nothing compared to the experience I had as being a renter myself. From the first day I called, went in to look around and to my last day of set up and event day....everything exceeded my expectations. The hostess Beth, went so above and beyond with anything I needed. Not only was she super patient with all my questions, concerns, calls (many) and plans but SO HELPFUL. She literally lifted my biggest burden of the big day off my shoulders entirely. I mean everything from the card box and finishing touches on my centerpieces (before I arrived that night) to the PowerPoint setup and what I wanted to drink that night even though I changed my mind last minute- she accommodated every last minute request. This woman and her staff are incredible and I'd like to think a little Special De Pere Secret. It's a great location, food was DELICIOUS, awesome and affordable pricing, acommodating and flexible to the bride and groom or any party-thrower. I highly recommend Beth at Swan Club for whatever it is you're planning. They have larger or smaller rooms and menu/budget options for literally whatever size party. I do not have one-single-complaint!

Price wise I want to add.... Their prices were very competitive. I think it was about $20ish a head and that was with the full package. Including drinks, dinner, appetizers, drink fountain, desserts, cake cutting, AV equipment, head table risers, lighted backdrop and everything! Far better than most places in our area!

We had our wedding at the Swan Club on 8/18/18. I cannot express how incredible our whole night was! The Swan Club was truly the best venue for our wedding. We picked the Swan Club at first based on the very reasonable prices and the gorgeous Tiered Room. Soon to discover, Beth (our venue coordinator) was absolutely wonderful to work with. I recall my first time meeting her. She dropped a piece of paper and I picked it up. She then told me that if we chose the Swan Club, picking up that piece of paper would be the most work I would have to do with her helping out. She was correct!! Beth is so wonderful and she kept checking in on us and guests throughout the entire night to make sure we had everything we needed.

I truly would not recommend anywhere other than the Swan Club for your wedding. I had the best night of my life and Beth and her team were right alongside in helping me marry my husband.

We recently had our wedding reception at the Swan Club and could not have been happier! Beth was always willing to answer questions and offer advice. She certainly knows what she is doing and was lots of fun to work with. All of the staff at the Swan Club were fantastic and very attentive to our guests needs. We have nothing but great things to say about Swan Club! Simply put, they have awesome service and staff! Beth was incredibly helpful and very responsive from start to finish. The service during our wedding was incredible, the food was quickly served, and it was delicious! We received many compliments from our guests too. Book them as your venue and you will not be disappointed! :)

Our wedding reception was absolutely flawless. The Swan Club did an outstanding job working with us to make sure it was everything we wanted it to be. We HIGHLY recommend the Swan Club! The food was excellent! Several guests commented about how good the food was and how much fun they had.

We are from a small town west of Appleton and did not have many options to chose from for a venue. We wanted something different and unique that no one else had used in our friend group and we definitely found that at the Swan Club in De Pere. From the moment you walk into the hall it just makes you fall in love. It's so spacious and the 3 tiered level reception hall makes it great for all friends and family to see the head table, no one needs to fight to see what's going on. It has an elegant feel to it with all the chandeliers and makes for great pictures! The food is amazing and the service you receive is just wonderful. Everyone is so nice and cheerful, we got so many good compliments on wait staff. Beth is just a JOY to work with and is always quick to reply with any questions or concerns you may have. She is very honest and up front and will tell you the honest truth. They are not here to make money and that shows in the love and effort they provide their customers. I would chose the Swan Club again in a heart beat. Thank you so much for everything, our wedding was just perfect and everything we dreamt it would be.

Beth, from day one, was amazing! She was so accommodating with any issue or concern I had. Upon the day of setting up for my wedding the chair covers were white and the table clothes were ivory. I mentioned the problem to Beth ad she had it taken care of in less that an hour! She is 100% involved the whole time you do business with them. I would highly recommend this site for your wedding!

Our wedding was on September 2, 2017, over Labor Day weekend. Beth was very responsive to us in the Summer of 2016 when we reached out with the hopes to look at the venue and ask questions. Beth worked with our budget, and the value of the family style dinner was the best we found in all of the Northeast WI area. The Swan Club is so well known in the area that our families were pleased with the choice to have the reception at the Swan Club. Closer to the day of, Beth was responding within 24 hours to all emails, and was patient with our many last minute questions and changes. Beth ensured the rehearsal dinner went flawlessly and that we were well taken care of at the reception. We would highly recommend this venue to everyone looking, whether you are planning a small or large wedding! We had 225 guests, and the Swan Club was able to make a space work where everyone had their own space and the bar service was awesome, no long lines! The clean-up was quick and seamless by the staff, and we cannot say how much we appreciate the staff that worked on our rehearsal dinner and gift opening brunch! Everything went so well, thank you Beth and all of your Swan Club/Legends Staff!

I got married in June 9, 2017 and had our reception at the Swan Club. It was an amazing experience! She was very helpful through the whole process up to the wedding day. She answered my emails quickly everytime I had a question about random things about there hall. (I’m a very detailed person) she worked with us a lot and made sure we felt good about the place and how we wanted it and communicated with us on everystep. We did the package deal so we were able to pick wine or champagne, Well I wanted wine and my husband wanted Champaign, so I let my husband get what he wanted since I picked out everything for the wedding including our beauty and the beast themed wedding. But She insisted that I at least get wine and everyone else had champagne. The day of the wedding she made sure I had my wine and always asked if we needed anything and checked on us through the night. She was amazing to work with! And made our wedding process so much more enjoyable! I recommend anyone to have there reception there! Nothing but positive from our guest! Even in the early stages of looking for a place we would ask people about the swan club and nothing but positive reviews! And now that our wedding is over I have to ageee that the Swan Club is an AMAZING place to have it at!

Swan Club treated us with excellent customer service. Beth, the manager, answered all questions promptly and even set up my decor. She was truly amazing. Everyone raved about the food. The dance floor could habe been cleared quicker but it was a non issue.

What an awesome place for a wedding! Beth is outstanding and makes sure everything runs smoothly. I am a very detailed person and Beth made me feel very relaxed. She has a great personality and can tell she really loves her job! I also have to say every employee that I had contact with at the Swan Club for my daughters wedding shower, rehearsal dinner and wedding was great and so accommodating! I would also like to say Thank you to Austin for going above and beyond on helping me get some lost shoes to Dubois! The owners of Swan Club should be very happy to have such a great crew working for them. Also the food for everything was delicious, may compliments from our family and friends. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

We had quite a large wedding with approximately 500 sitting down for supper. I was nervous as I didn't want our guests to feel crowded. I love how big the hall is and how they accommodate everyone on round tables. Feedback from our guests.....many were impressed with the food and quality of service. Given the size guests felt they may not have enough staff, but that was totally NOT the case. Beth was amazing to work with and always on the ball. She kept our nerves calm, was available and accommodating anytime we needed to discuss anything, and checked in with us throughout the night to make sure everything was as we wanted it. She took care of doing some decorating for us so we didn't have to try to put that burden onto someone else. I highly recommend going with them. :)

Working with Beth at The Swan Club was awesome. She worked with us to create the perfect package, coordinated everything, and made sure my wedding reception was PERFECT. We had open bar, appetizers, a moscato fountain, dinner, knee caps, and brunch the next morning for gift opening. The food was great. Beth was there all night and her attention to detail is amazing. Everyone was so professional and courteous. I would recommend The Swan Club to anyone.

Beth was wonderful to work with and she made us feel like we were the only wedding because she always remembered what we wanted. You can tell she really loves her job! I would definitely recommend going through swan club.
