We truly cannot say enough incredible things about Red Table. From start to finish, they were exceptional and played such a huge role in making our wedding feel elegant, seamless, and unforgettable.

To start, the cocktail hour was spectacular. The passed appetizers were not only delicious but somehow still piping hot as they made their way around the room! Every bite felt restaurant quality, and our guests are still raving about how amazing everything was.

For dinner, the presentation was stunning. Each entrée was plated with sophistication and real attention to detail. It genuinely felt like fine dining. We offered chicken piccata, beef tenderloin, and pesto pasta, and all three were phenomenal. The beef tenderloin was perfectly cooked and incredibly tender, the pesto pasta was fresh and vibrant, and the chicken piccata was bright, balanced, and beautifully executed. In fact, chicken piccata was not even on Red Table's original menu options, and they gladly created it for us. That level of flexibility and commitment to personalization meant so much.

The bar service was equally impressive. The open bar ran seamlessly all night, and they crafted custom signature cocktails inspired by my wife Sara and I that were such a hit with our guests. It added a fun and personal touch while still feeling elevated and refined.

The servers were truly white glove level. The staff was polished, professional, attentive, and warm. Plates were served and cleared gracefully, drinks were refreshed without ever being intrusive, and every interaction felt thoughtful and high end. The entire evening flowed flawlessly because of their team.

David and Pierce were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. They were incredibly responsive, organized, generous with their time, and fully invested in getting every detail right. They welcomed us back for multiple tastings in their showroom in Brooklyn to make sure we felt completely confident in our menu selections, which speaks volumes about their dedication to quality and client experience.

Red Table did not just cater our wedding - they elevated it at every level. The food, presentation, bar program, and service were all exceptional. We truly could not recommend them more highly!

I've finally come down from a high of my wedding in September and I have nothing but amazing things to say about Red Table. Working with David & Pierce was an absolute pleasure. We booked our wedding catering with them about 2 years out and they so graciously let us do several tastings, let us play with the menu based on our foodie obsessions and even crafted something personal for the tables from me.

Everyone has of course said the wedding was gorgeous and fun, but literally the first thing everyone has said was "the food, are you kidding? it was unbelievable and I ate everything - I couldn't stop".

Food can always be a touch and go thing at big events and I'm so glad I trusted Red Table - they were perfect!

I work in food and come from a circle of family and friends who care deeply about the food they eat. For these reasons, finding a caterer whose food would satisfy me and my wedding guests was a priority. Luckily for us we were introduced to Red Table pretty early in our wedding planning process. The calls that we had with David prior to committing to a tasting were always really great. He took time to thoughtfully answer our questions and kept our budget and our needs in mind as he drafted our proposal for the evening. A selling point to me was that the food would be cooked on site at our venue (which didn’t have a full kitchen) with equipment that they brought with them, and not fully cooked offsite and brought in steam tables and hot holding devices. When we finally went in for the tasting it was delicious, but it was nothing compared to the actual event. Every bite of food blew us away the night of our wedding. Our guests couldn’t (and haven’t) stopped gushing about how delicious everything was from the raw bar during cocktail hour, to the custom croquembouche they made for us in lieu of a traditional wedding cake. The details in every bite were apparent and the food options were abundant. Our guests (and we) were never left wanting for more. The late night snacks were the icing on the metaphorical wedding cake. In hindsight, there is nothing that Red Table could have done any better at our wedding. It was all as perfect as we could have hoped for. I am SO lucky I found red table! I had originally booked them for my wedding, but with the pandemic, we had to change venues and thus change the catering. David instead did my rehearsal dinner- and oh my god was it amazing! I honestly think my rehearsal food was better than some weddings- he clearly put so much time, skill, effort and care into it. The food was phenomenal, I wish I could explain how just good it was over text, but you’ll just have to believe me. It was mouth watering. I’m still thinking about it!

He was also so kind and flexible with all the changes I needed, and was such an easy vendor to work with. When I was booking my vendors, I really over looked how important it would be to have vendors that respected your time, remembered details and didn’t pester you! Many of my vendors did. But not red table, this was genuinely perfect from start to finish.

We met Red Table at a wedding fair, which came at the perfect time. We were looking for someone to cater cocktail hour (we had a food truck for dinner) and provide staff for the event, and were having no luck. Red Table worked with us to keep cocktail hour under/at our budget, and were very flexible with the menu. They also helped coordinate all of our rentals which. was such a relief. We got SO many compliments on the food for cocktail hour, and they provided more than enough for our 100 guests, but not so much that I felt like we wasted a lot of food (something that was important to me - weddings are so wasteful). We took home just enough leftovers and had them for NYE the following day. We also received a ton of compliments about the staff. One of my biggest pet peeves at weddings is poor and/or overbearing service, and Red Table provided really lovely people who made everything happen so seamlessly. Would definitely hire them again for any future events I have!

The team from Red Table Catering went above and beyond to make our day perfect and beautiful. Leading up to our wedding, Brooke & David were prompt and professional answering emails and phone calls - even from a different time zone. They worked with our budget and helped us coordinate with different vendors - all of which were spectacular! The food... it's light years away from 'typical wedding food'. It's inventive and delicious and beautifully displayed. All of the staff was so friendly and many of our guests went out of their way to tell us so. These guys know what they're doing - in the kitchen, behind the bar and beyond. Thank you for the most incredible day of our lives!!

We hired Brooke and his team for our wedding. The food is deeeeelicious :)
He incorporated Eastern European food like we asked given we were having a predominantly Polish and Russian guest wedding and everyone loved the food. The service was great and they were very accommodating to our budget and requests. They had to work with the fact that our venue had no actual kitchen due to it being a raw space but he knew exactly what they needed to make it work. You can tell he and his team love what they do and do it well.

Brooke and his team were amazing! Great food, great service and fantastic lamb chops! Months after the wedding we are still getting compliments on the food. Brooke is talented and creative, and his staff were professional, going above and beyond both before and during our wedding. With great care and attention to detail, Brooke made sure my cousin, with serious food allergies, was well taken care of. He took the time to get to know exactly what we wanted and delivered beyond what we could have dreamed of. We happily recommend Brooke and his fantastic team to everyone!
