Sandra Liuzzi - our Catering Manager for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah party was simply AWESOME!!!! From the moment I met her, she exuded confidence that dealing with her, I would have NO WORRIES come party time. She was very responsive with my MANY questions leading up to the event. She worked closely with the kitchen and serving staff, as well as with the DJ to ensure that no detail was left to chance. This was my 3rd child's Mitzvah and BY FAR the easiest and smoothest event ever. THANK YOU SANDRA and The Radisson Staff!!!

I think I have convinced all of my friends to get married at Crowne Plaza, Rockville! All of this because they have the best events manager - Laura Tinsman. Laura has been so accommodating and so supportive and it is only because of her that our wedding reception was appreciated by each and everyone of our guest. She let us use the upstairs beautiful terrace for appetizers. Downstairs, the ball room is beautiful. Laura gave us full access to the conference room two days in advance so we could put our flowers in a colder place, and other things which would have been too much to get just the morning of the reception. We got an excellent suite for the evening. Everything was superb. There is just nothing I could look back and wished the hotel could have offered more. The best thing - rates are very competitive. Laura was very organized, and the result was a super smooth event.

I had a very hard time finding a ceremony/reception site that had a really good inside ceremony location (that wasn't a church), that fit 250 people, and was in my budget. Crowne Plaza delivered on all of these things, and the coordinator made sure everything ran smoothly the day-of and worked great with my vendors. My photos from the ceremony are also amazing - something I never would have expected from getting married in a hotel. Very happy!

Having a wedding reception at Crown Plaza was a perfect choice. Laura was wonderful to work with. She was extremely helpful, flexible, knowledgeable and always available. The food was fantastic, The Crab Cakes were to die for. We had many people tell us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. The portions were so generous many people couldn't finish!! I would highly recommend Crown Plaza for any event!!!

It was a great event; everyone had a terrific time. Laura and her team were outstanding. We are planning to return for my 65th birthday party.
Loved everything. Have recommended the Crowne Plaza to friends and even had someone else use this hotel.

The Crowne Plaza Staff, specifically Laura Mahon-Tinsman and the managers, went above and beyond expectations. They were always responsive and professional while providing top notch service. We had other vendors who were not nearly as reliable, Laura did a great job managing those vendors and keeping the stress away from the bridal party. The room set up was a dream come true and it was solely due to the efforts and creativity of the Crowne Plaza staff. All other staff members were polite, professional and informed. Food was outstanding! I would highly recommend this staff and this location for any wedding.
