Our hotel offers several flexible event spaces, allowing couples to create a celebration that feels uniquely their own.
Our Majestic Ballroom, at approximately 5,000 square feet, is our largest event space and is ideal for grand receptions of up to approximately 300 guests. The ballroom can be customized with a dance floor, stage, sweetheart or head table, DJ or entertainment area, and a variety of seating arrangements. Its spacious adjoining foyer provides a beautiful setting for cocktail hour, registration, bars, and additional wedding-day touches.
For more intimate celebrations, our Discovery Ballroom offers approximately 3,000 square feet, along with a private foyer and access to an outdoor patio. Additional spaces throughout the hotel are available for smaller receptions, ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, getting-ready rooms, and other wedding weekend events.
Catering & Bar
Our culinary team offers a variety of options to personalize your celebration, including plated dinners, buffets, hors d'oeuvres, cocktail receptions, and customized menus. Couples can also choose from several bar options, including hosted/open bars, consumption bars, and cash bars.
Our team will work with you to coordinate the details—from your room setup and timeline to catering, bar service, audiovisual needs, and outside vendors.

I think we have lost count how many times we have videotaped Bar/Bat Mitzvah events at this Hilton. I love this hotel for it’s ample free parking and ease of access, not to mention it is only a short drive from my house. Their Catering Manager, Tamara Clarke, is always on hand with her ready smile and can-do attitude. We are glad to have had the privilege of working there so often and look forward to more events in the future. I would recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for plenty of space, a friendly catering and banqueting staff, and, I hear, reasonable event pricing.
