I could be brought to tears thinking about all of the things Stephanie and Paula did to make my wedding day perfect. I want to start by saying I initially was questioning the value of having their services as I (no to brag) killed wedding planning on my own. HOWEVER having these two rockstars allowed me to enjoy my wedding day and really soak up all the special moments we dream of as little girls. Stephanie and Paula helped me with so much that we discussed in advance, and a million things that came up during the day. I had a decent sized wedding party and we would have been a disaster without them. Helping with girls dresses, making sure everyone was eating drinking, getting to the buses on time, making sure I had everything I need at every single moment. I had a mishap with my DJ, Stephanie handled it before it was noticed by my guests. I wanted to get more pictures, Paula made sure to keep my wedding party close and communicated with my photographers that I wasn’t satisfied yet and to continue to present ideas to me. My toasting Tiffany champagne glasses got taken with the regular glassware, Stephanie tracked it down washed and secured them away to avoid happening again. I honestly can’t say enough incredible things about these ladies and the services they have to offer. If you’re considering like I was, it’s worth it. Do it and thank them later!!

After attending a wedding expo in Philadelphia, I decided to perform research on locating a wedding coordinator. I contacted upwards of six or more wedding coordination companies, all offering more than what I needed and beyond the wedding budget. By happenstance, I reached out to another coordinator who recommended this company because she used them for her son's wedding. I am certainly forever in her debt because as a result I found the perfect coordination team. Paula, the owner connected with me and we scheduled a virtual meeting. I explained my vision, budget and logistical plans for the wedding day. I knew I did not need full wedding day coordination and wanted to adhere to a particular budget. After speaking with Paula she was able to tailor a package to my exact needs and budget. I was thrilled and immediately signed a contract to lock in my wedding day. Over the course of a few months, we communicated extensively via email, scheduled meeting and text messages. The two other team members were brought on (Stephanie & Mel) and designated as the coordinators of the wedding. Prior to the wedding day we worked on a timeline, décor list, and a scheduled rehearsal practice. By the time we met in person, I felt as though I had known the team for years. Both Stephanie and Mel ensured everyone knew what to do and engaged very professionally. On the day of the wedding, they arrived as scheduled and performed a stellar job. Adhering to the needs of a wedding party is no small feat but both completed with flying colors. Everything went well and beyond my expectations. My husband could not understand why I wanted these services but soon realized how valuable having a coordinator was at a wedding. I can not express the sincere gratitude I have for working directly with both Steph and Mel, certainly a superb job from start to finish. I highly recommend this company for all of your wedding coordination needs.

We booked Ivory House Events just a few weeks prior to our wedding to help us with finalizing our wedding timeline and day-of coordination. Despite being thrown into the mix so late in the planning process, the team at Ivory House immediately understood our vision and provided many insightful suggestions to help us realize our ideal wedding day. They were very organized and available to meet several times in the days leading up to the wedding.

As for the wedding day itself, we couldn't have pulled off our ceremony and reception the way we wanted without the coordination team of Steph, Mel, and Katie from Ivory House. From 7am in the morning to 10pm in the evening they were there with us every step of the way. In the morning, we had a very intricate sequence of ceremony events on a tight time schedule; the Ivory House team made sure everyone knew where to go and when and assisted our decorator, DJ, photographer, and caterer in getting everything set up appropriately. In the evening, they facilitated a picture-perfect reception entrance. Throughout the entire day, they made sure we had everything we needed and even made sure we went home with lots of extra food and desserts we didn't have a chance to eat during the wedding. They handled the many challenges that cropped up during the day with grace and insulated us from much of the chaos; to this day, I'm sure we're only aware of a fraction of the problems they solved for us. In short, the Ivory House team was truly lovely to work with and incredibly effective at their mission of making our wedding dreams come true.

Paula & Steph were amazing to have through this entire process. They made my day so easy and I did not have to worry at all if every thing was going to go as planned. Highly recommend!

As a professional wedding planner, I hired Paula, Ivory House Events, to fully enjoy my son's wedding. I had previously enjoyed working with Paula, so I knew my son and his fiance were in the best hands. Paula and her team impressed me with their ability to manage a horrible situation with patience, kindness, grace, and professionalism. Paula flawlessly adapted the timeline during the reception so that the guests could dance the night away - Chef's Kiss! They worked seamlessly with the venue coordinator, maitre D, and DJ to ensure my son and his bride had a wonderful time. Best of all, I danced all night and had no worries! Thank you, Paula, for everything!

They were professional and on time they set multiple meetings to bring my dreams alive. Ivory house events helped with my bridal shower. Not only were they amazing to work with but they were detailed and on time. They made sure I felt taken care of and set up multiple meetings to make sure that I had the best possible day. The day of I had no worries. I dropped all the decorations off to them days prior and I didn’t even have the give the day a second thought because everything was perfect by the time I got there

I don't even know where to begin with Emily. I was a super prepared bride and believe me when I say I would still be crying months after my wedding if Emily wasn't there. Emily was on top of everything, I mean EVERYTHING. The fire alarm went off in the middle of bridal entrance at my wedding, and we had to evacuate. She checked in with me asking how I'm feeling, and if I'm okay, which I told her I'm okay but my husband was upset, and she asked what can she do to make him calm down, which I was just amazed by her professionalism in the middle of a potential emergency! Like there might be actual fire and she's like, "My bride and groom, what can I do for you?" She was superwoman.

The fire alarm also set the wedding timeline back which made me lose sense of timing for the rest of the events, and Emily was there telling me exactly when we needed to be where. I was a helpless baby duck following her mama.

Emily and Mel brought tools and stuff that I didn't even think of like the hook for my wedding dress to be hung on the window, zip ties, scissors, rubber bands, super glue, it was like a magic fanny pack! They even emptied the gift box into our "secret" trader joe's bag throughout the night like ninjas! My mom's shoe broke, Emily was there to fix it, I wanted my bubble gun on the dance floor, she made sure I got it.

The only minor complaint I had was that the company didn't have separate email addresses for each coordinator so before the wedding, it was cumbersome to communicate through a email line that had to be forwarded to my team separately, so it made me a little nervous the team understood my very long confusing timeline, but at the end, it showed that they understood the assignment and beyond!

Let me just say no one really thinks you need a wedding coordinator until last min you realize you’re suffocating trying to figure out everything on your own!
Steph was such a life saver!
She literally helped me with everything and anything. Even sat on the phone and let me vent about things that weren’t going the way I had planned. lol. And then reassured me everything would be perfect.
I am a very detailed, organized person and steph wrote down every detail I envisioned in my mind along with all the pintrist photos I sent to her. And delivered exactly what I wanted day of the wedding.
She help me create my wedding timeline. She decorated the ceremony and venue. Although my bridal party and I didn’t get dressed together she offered to steam/iron the bridal party’s attire. She helped fluff my dress for wedding photos. She replenished my food for me at the reception. She even cut my wedding cake for me and stayed to help clean up!
Bottom line Steph was very attentive to not only me but my husband to be . Made sure everything went as planned!

So to everyone who’s second guessing if they even need a coordinator, because they think they can do it all on their own, think again! Coordinators are there to help you relax on your big day! And to do all the running around you for you!

I Would definitely recommend this wedding coordinator business . Without the help of Stephanie I would’ve been lost she was very attentive ! Helped me getting dress and assured I was doing well the whole day offering me water etc. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have had any photos with my beautiful long train as she was there to fix it every second of the day ! Steph also ensured our rooms where cleaned up before we returned to our suits and decorated for my husband and I ! She also ensured my son was in good hands and took care of any valuable items I needed her to take back to the room . She ensured everything went smoothly and as planned . Despite the few employees who were a bit rude -Steph handled it well and was very professional . Cannot wait to have Steph again assisting us at my sisters wedding !

Paula and Stephanie were AMAZING!!! They went above and beyond to help make sure our wedding day went smoothly. They were both extremely professional but also made us feel so comfortable. With the rain changing our plans, they both jumped right in and did anything new I had requested (such as moving things inside from outside and vice versa) that was not originally planned for. I even had a cold and they kept my vapor nose spray and also lipgloss in their pockets for me to ask for whenever I needed it. They helped with the little things to the big things and everything in between and we could not be more grateful! I highly recommend booking them for your wedding day to ensure you can enjoy your wedding while they tend to the not so fun details!
