Most people imagine their wedding day throughout their entire lives, even before meeting their partners. I was never one of those people 🤭 as soon as I got engaged, I was SO excited to marry the love of my life, but at the same time, felt overwhelmed and unsure of where to even begin when it came to planning a wedding.

While I was searching for a venue, I was so fortunate to find Plan and Gather as soon as I did 🙏 From the introductory phone call through the entire process, I felt the weight of uncertainty lift from my shoulders and be replaced with fun and joy planning a day that felt like 100% my partner and I 🙏 Haley, our planner, played the BIGGEST part in putting our wedding together for us! 🥰 She connected us with the most incredible vendors and planned every call, she gave the best guidance for flow and feel of the day, she put together the most amazing timeline, and she went above and beyond working hard to perfectly capture and create everything we had ever imagined and more 🙏 Haley's professionalism, support, and friendship over the year and on the day of our wedding is irreplaceable. Even though she will never take any of the credit, we absolutely could not have done this without her. She was with us every step of the way. And on our wedding day, she gave us so much peace of mind that everything was handled seamlessly. Our friends and family adored her too, and we received so many compliments on how well organized the day felt, and how our wedding represented my partner and I to a T 🥰

All this to say, coming from zero experience of wedding planning and the fears I had leading up to it, Haley erased all of that and worked to create space for my partner and I to truly enjoy the process, be present in the moment, and totally be ourselves 🙏 I could not recommend Plan and Gather, Haley, Lauren, and her team more! We could not be happier that we chose Plan and Gather for our wedding day coordinators! Amy swooped in somewhat last minute and helped us plan and run the day. She brought such a light hearted, funny, easygoing energy that perfectly matched what we wanted. Her expertise and familiarity with the venue and vendors was truly priceless.

Haley at Plan and Gather was amazing! I was unsure about hiring a planner at first because we had already gotten most of our vendor contracts in place when we started thinking about it. I did not realize how much more there was to do and Haley added so much value! She was always ten steps ahead, anticipating our needs and offering suggestions and solutions when needed, which took a lot of weight off our shoulders. She is highly organized, professional, dependable, and kind. Our wedding would not have been as seamless or as fun without her. Highly recommend!

We are so glad we booked Amy from Plan & Gather Events for our wedding day! Having a day-of coordinator made such a difference in helping us stay relaxed and present. Amy, along with her assistant, stepped in and brought all the moving pieces together so we didn’t have to worry about timelines, vendor communication, or behind-the-scenes logistics — we were able to fully enjoy our day stress-free.

Her strong relationship with our venue (Journeyman Distillery in Valparaiso) was a huge plus. She knows the space well, and her experience and connections there helped everything run smoothly.

Haley from Plan & Gather was AMAZING! (Also shout out to our floral vendor for the verbal recommendation to book with P&G.) She went above and beyond and made us feel so comfortable throughout our entire planning process. I tend to need reassurance often as to whether I'm doing things the right way, and her availability for "sanity checks", as well as professional guidance and pointers were top notch. My husband and I could not be happier that we had Haley as our wedding day coordinator. She made sure to schedule plenty of check-in calls prior to the wedding day so she could make sure the day played out exactly how we wanted. We are so glad we decided to work with Plan & Gather for our day of coordinator. My family and I were planning a Chicago wedding from afar, and Amy was phenomenal. With some last minute changes that were out of our control two weeks before the wedding day, Amy made sure that everything was ready and that my family did not have to worry - and we didn’t. Over our multiple meetings, her wealth of experience showed and made us all feel so comfortable and at ease. She clearly cares about her clients and by the end I felt like I had known Amy for years! We could not have asked for a better day of coordinator than Amy - after a surprise thunderstorm started 15 min before an outdoor ceremony, Amy expertly navigated and advised on changes to the schedule and timeline, keeping us as her top priority, while also ensuring our decor was protected from the rain, our wedding party’s seats were dry, and that we had umbrellas in case the rain did not relent. She also expertly helped pin up my wedding dress after it came undone for the second time during cocktail hour - and it lasted all night! Thank you Amy for helping our wedding planning process and the day go so smoothly!
