I found Amanda on The Knot website. I started following her work on Facebook and Instagram and absolutely fell in love with her work. She captures such beautiful, romantic moments and our pictures literally made me cry (and these were just the preview pics). She directs you every step of the way so you know exactly what to do and don’t feel like an idiot standing around. She is precise and whipped thru all 917,927 pictures we wanted very efficiently and beautifully. Our family is like herding cats and she did an outstanding job getting us done with pictures. Her energy level is always at a constant 100% and keeps your guests and bridal party upbeat and ready to strike a pose. We couldn’t be more thrilled with Amanda or her amazing eye. She truly captured what I had envisioned. You won’t go wrong with her.

Just Amazing!
Mkay went above & beyond for our wedding. Not only did she create a timeline for our day, but everything was executed perfectly. We love our photos, and can’t wait to take maternity pictures down the road. I highly recommend Mkay, she’s funny, goes the extra mile, and just made our day so special.

The Absolute BEST
Mkay was the best wedding vendor decision we made. She made the entire process so fun and beautiful - rain who? cold day who? We don't know her. Weather-anxious brides will love working with Mkay! Can't recommend her work enough to brides.

Best Decision We Made!
Mkay was AMAZING! We couldn't have asked for a more responsive, professional, and friendly photographer to capture the best day of our lives. We were so impressed by how easy and stress free she made the entire process. She sent us a dozen sneak peek images within 24 hours of the wedding and they are absolutely beautiful. We can't wait to see the rest of our pictures in a few weeks! We would highly recommend Photos by Mkay to anyone needing a photographer for any occasion. She is incredible!

Amazingly Detailed & A Lot of Fun!
This was the best experience I could have ever asked for!! My fiancé and I have never had photos taken of us, and we were both extremely nervous. She made us 100% comfortable and we even had fun! The photos are absolutely breathtaking. Can not recommend her enough!!!!!

Must Hire Photographer
Talk about energy, MK was the hype before walking down the aisle! My husband is definitely not a fan of pictures, and it takes a lot for him to take a picture, let alone smile for the camera, but let me tell you, there is a picture (several pictures) of him smiling! MK provided several sneak peek pictures THE DAY AFTER our wedding, it was a nice little surprise to be able to post those on social media announcing our wedding? 10 out of 10 would definitely hire MK again!

AMAZING Photographer!!!
I cannot say enough amazing things about Mkay!! I am so thankful we hired her for our wedding day and couldn't be happier with our photos. She is very professional and provided guidelines/advice in advance for us, and she had a clear method for moving through the day in ways we would not have thought to ask for. She is amazing at keeping the timeline on track and kindly but clearly guiding guests/family through photos. Her vision and creativity captured stunning moments for us, and she was also open to all ideas of ours. And her work is just stunning!!! Her talent is so evident, from how she runs her business, to day of details, to the absolutely beautiful photos we received from her. She is a star!!

Fantastic and Fun to Work With!
Amanda (Mkay) has fantastic skills and energy. Her 2-photographer package was a great value, she was timely, and had a lot of experience shooting at our venue. We didn't have a DJ or emcee at our small wedding, but Mkay stepped up to get our guests excited for events like our grand entrance, grand exit, and dancing. And the way she captured the beautiful evening light at our outdoor venue was perfect. She provided us some "teasers" for social media the following day, and then gave us the whole set of edited photos within the scheduled timeframe. Would definitely hire her again! She's professional, quick to return emails, and composes beautiful photos. Thanks Mkay!

Amanda is amazing. She was so organized and so professional. She communicated well and got the shots that were most important to me. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and a steal at any price. She tells you exactly what to do if you don't know, but lets you have enough free space to play a little.
