Austin Chair and Table Rental was a great value, and Javier was a pleasure to work with. Their quote for table and chair rental with delivery was easily the most affordable of several options that we looked into, and we ended up adding in table linens, drink dispensers, and trash cans as well. Javier was responded quickly to my emails and was even willing to move up the delivery time just a few days before the wedding, at no extra charge. He and his crew were very professional and helpful - they set everything up just how I requested and without getting in the way of other things we had going on. I would definitely use them again for any type of event!

Javier was amazing. Anytime I had a question or sent him and email, no matter what time of day or night, he responded within 10 minutes. He was quick, organized, professional and came in at a lower cost than other vendor rentals. He delivered everything in a timely manner and was very helpful as I picked out my selection. My friend used him after me and I've already recommened him to others. He's great!

We had a great experience with Javier and his team. We rented beautiful white padded wedding chairs for my wedding ceremony and a round table with beautiful tablecloth. The quality of the items was amazing and we'd definately use them again.

Javier was great to work with. He is the owner of the company and he makes sure that he is there at every delivery! If something is not right he will try to make it right. Very helpful and knowledgable about what you will need according to the number of people you have. Linens were absolutely beautiful! Would work with him again!

They arrived late and although they were reasonably priced the lateness could have been horrible.

I would not recommend Austin Table and Chairs based on my experience. I originally requested a quote months in advance of my wedding reception, but after comparing prices, I decided to go with another vendor due to Austin Table and Chairs being nearly double the cost.

Three days before the event, I received a text that I mistakenly thought was from the vendor I did choose — there had been no communication from Austin Table and Chairs since the original quote. I signed the contract, unaware it was from them. On the day of the event, the venue manager informed me that two different companies had delivered tables and chairs. That’s when I realized the mistake. I immediately contacted Austin Table and Chairs and asked them to come retrieve their items, which they did — in the middle of the reception, causing a disruption during a carefully planned and deeply meaningful event.

I’ve now paid three times what I budgeted for something that should have been straightforward. This entire situation could have been avoided with clearer, more timely communication. Sending a contract just days before an event after months of silence, with no confirmation or follow-up, feels like a tactic designed to confuse clients during an already stressful time.

As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I expect vendors to understand how far in advance events are planned and how critical clarity and reliability are. Unfortunately, this experience felt more like a trap than a service, and I don’t believe it reflects the care or professionalism clients deserve.
