Best caterers ever!
I am not typically one to write reviews, but I simply could not not write one for Pascaline. They catered our wedding in Sonoma back in July, and we truly could not have had a better experience.
Starting with the tastings about a year prior, Pascaline was our first and last... There was no question they were the perfect vendor. Chef Didier is charismatic, accommodating, friendly, and extremely passionate about his craft. And the food is oh so delicious - coming from a couple who live to eat at Michelin restaurants.
Fast forward to the reception, and the thing we got (by far) the most compliments on was the food, the presentation, and service provided by pascaline. We would hire them again 100 times over! Everything went off without a hitch and was perfectly executed.. these people know what they're doing.
Pascaline team, thank you so much for making the best night of our lives even better.

Would highly recommend!!
We could not have been happier with Pascaline on our wedding day! Everything was incredible from start to finish.
The food was absolutely delicious — we received so many compliments from our guests about how amazing everything tasted. The hors d’oeuvres and desserts in particular were a huge hit and beautifully done. You could really tell how much care went into every detail.
Beyond the food, the service was just as outstanding. The servers and bartenders were so friendly and attentive to all of our guests, which really made the entire experience feel warm and welcoming.
A huge shoutout to Ruby as well — she was amazing to work with throughout the planning process. She was so responsive, accommodating, and flexible, especially as we had to make a few last-minute changes. She made everything easy and stress-free, which is exactly what you hope for on your wedding day.
Thank you again to Ruby and the entire Pascaline team for helping make our day so special. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for not only delicious food but also incredible service and support for your event!

Amazing Caterer!
Pascaline catered our Sonoma wedding in September 2024 and we could not have been happier with the entire experience. From our initial call with Ruby to the tasting with Chef Didier to the wedding day execution from Jeanette and team, we were extremely impressed by the superb level of service and the delicious food. Our guests raved about the food (tray-passed apps + family style dinner), signature drinks (spicy marg + sangria + espresso martini), and service even weeks after our wedding. Our favorites were the miso cod, the mushroom farrosotto, and the late-night pizza oven! The dessert buffet was also out of this world! Ruby was so accommodating with my last minute changes and offered many helpful pairing suggestions for our customized menu. We cannot recommend the Pascaline team enough!

Must Have Caterer
Pascaline catered my wedding. It was a wonderful experience, with excellent service and mouth watering food! We are still getting compliments from our friends and family, they can’t stop talking about it! There is nothing they don't excel at, and are so open to new ideas and fun pairings. We even had a late night crepe station. I'm obsessed.

Incredible experience
Pascaline catered our wedding in early August 2024, and we cannot say enough what a wonderful experience we had working with Ruby and Chef Didier. They sold us from the get go on a wonderful tasting experience, even specifically creating some new dishes based on some initial questions about what we were looking for. Working from there got even better - Ruby was patient with us as we took time to finalize our dishes (which was ultimately hard to choose because everything was so delicious at the tasting). The wedding day could not have gone any better. One of our specialty cocktails was a negroni, and their negroni was up there with one of the best we've had, even at popular NYC cocktail bars. The food was also outstanding - we received compliments from everyone on how our dishes were both elevated and delicious - some of the best wedding food they have ever had (the peach burrata salad and lamb were my personal favorites). The dessert bar was also fantastic - the mini caneles were a highlight. Overall, Pascaline made our wedding 100x better and I would recommend them / working with Ruby and Chef Didier in a heartbeat. Thank you both for everything!

Superb Experience
My daughter was recently married at a private home with somewhat difficult access issues. From the initial proposal to the event itself, working with Pascaline was an absolute joy. The food was outstanding, with an emphasis on seasonal produce, the service was flawless, and the attention to detail and responsiveness to questions went above our expectations. Chef Didier, Manager Ruby and the entire staff at Pascaline have our highest regards and we highly recommend them.

Not your typical wedding fare!
We had the pleasure of having Pascaline Fine Catering cater my daughter’s wedding this past weekend at Viansa Winery, Sonoma. From the tasting we did back in April to the actual event, the execution of the food was exceptional. Chef Didier and Ruby have an incredible staff who were professional and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything from the cocktail hour, to the family style dinner, late night pizza and dessert buffet was spectacular. The food was not only presented beautifully, but was delicious and creative. Our guests raved that the food was “outstanding”, “so different from the usual wedding fare”, “served beautifully”, “plentiful” and “beyond delicious”. I enjoyed working with Chef Didier and Ruby. They showed incredible attention to detail, were flexible, respectful of our requests and they were easy to work with. Many thanks to Ruby, Chef Didier, Jeanette, and the Pascaline Team.

A Passion for Food
Where do I even begin...
The food? It was fantastic. Hearing feedback from our guests, many say Pascaline's food was their favorite thing from the entire night. Between the short ribs, the dessert bar, and the late night snacks - it was a hit.
The service? Incredible and professional. We had an amazing team at our wedding - from the bartenders, servers, and chefs. They made the whole dinner run seamless. (Special shout out to the server who was dedicated to just us during happy hour. You are the real hero!)
The set up? Seamless. Ruby and her team made communication easy, and was able to make recommendations for menu items to make the day special.
But what really sold us on Pascaline was Chef Didier and his clear passion for what he does. During the tasting, it was clear he really loved what he did, and having him on site made the whole event even more special.
Go for a tasting and you'll absolutely enjoy the food, but I guarantee you'll fall in love with the Pascaline team and their clear passion for making your wedding day just as special as you hope it will be.

Fantastic team & amazing food!
Chef Didier, Ruby and the entire Pascaline Staff were absolutely amazing to work with!! Throughout the entire planning process they were so helpful. Ruby was so diligent and organized with helping us plan our big day, she was very flexible with all my changes and dietary restrictions. The menu options that Chef Didier gave us was spectacular, you can’t go wrong with any of the options. The staff was professional, timely, and really made each one of our guests feel special and well taken care of. We have had MULTIPLE friends and family members rave about how delicious the food was an our wedding day, I highly recommend them for your catering needs! Thank you again Pascaline for being part of our special day and making it so memorable and delicious!

Best Wedding Food EVER!
Ruby, Chef Didier and Pascaline Staff were absolutely amazing. Throughout the entire planning experience they were great help. I, the bride, had a last minute cocktail change and Ruby pivoted quickly to my wants and needs. We did a pre-wedding tasting with all of our parents and it was the best culinary experience of our lives. We even got to meet Chef Didier himself!
All of this amazingness leading up to the day of our wedding and boy did the entire staff deliver! We had not one, but MULTIPLE guests come up to me and my husband individually to tell us how delicious the food was. The most common saying of the night was, "this is best wedding food I ever had!" If we had to do it all over again we would pick Pascaline again. We even got to take food home!
