Where do I even begin...
The food? It was fantastic. Hearing feedback from our guests, many say Pascaline's food was their favorite thing from the entire night. Between the short ribs, the dessert bar, and the late night snacks - it was a hit.
The service? Incredible and professional. We had an amazing team at our wedding - from the bartenders, servers, and chefs. They made the whole dinner run seamless. (Special shout out to the server who was dedicated to just us during happy hour. You are the real hero!)
The set up? Seamless. Ruby and her team made communication easy, and was able to make recommendations for menu items to make the day special.
But what really sold us on Pascaline was Chef Didier and his clear passion for what he does. During the tasting, it was clear he really loved what he did, and having him on site made the whole event even more special.
Go for a tasting and you'll absolutely enjoy the food, but I guarantee you'll fall in love with the Pascaline team and their clear passion for making your wedding day just as special as you hope it will be.

Chef Didier, Ruby and the entire Pascaline Staff were absolutely amazing to work with!! Throughout the entire planning process they were so helpful. Ruby was so diligent and organized with helping us plan our big day, she was very flexible with all my changes and dietary restrictions. The menu options that Chef Didier gave us was spectacular, you can’t go wrong with any of the options. The staff was professional, timely, and really made each one of our guests feel special and well taken care of. We have had MULTIPLE friends and family members rave about how delicious the food was an our wedding day, I highly recommend them for your catering needs! Ruby, Chef Didier and Pascaline Staff were absolutely amazing. Throughout the entire planning experience they were great help. I, the bride, had a last minute cocktail change and Ruby pivoted quickly to my wants and needs. We did a pre-wedding tasting with all of our parents and it was the best culinary experience of our lives. We even got to meet Chef Didier himself!
All of this amazingness leading up to the day of our wedding and boy did the entire staff deliver! We had not one, but MULTIPLE guests come up to me and my husband individually to tell us how delicious the food was. The most common saying of the night was, "this is best wedding food I ever had!" If we had to do it all over again we would pick Pascaline again. We even got to take food home!

Food was our big splurge for our wedding, and the Pascaline team were totally up for the task. Chef Didier and the Pascaline team helped us put together an exciting and unusual menu, and the absolute star of the evening was the salmon coulibiac - which we didn't have at our tasting, but put our trust in the Pascaline team's recommendation and weren't disappointed! We worked with Ruby on menus and coordination, and found her super responsive and helpful at every point. We got great compliments from our guests on the food, and particularly on the service, which was executed with great timing and panache for our formal evening. As the bride & groom, we felt extremely well attended to without being smothered and always had food, drink, or snack to hand when we needed them.Pascaline Fine Catering's reply:

Pascaline provided the perfect catering for our fine-dining wedding in Sonoma. We embarked on a beautiful collaboration with Chef Didier and Ruby as we planned the event and were blown away by their professionalism, creativity, and commitment to our vision. Perfect food for a perfect day
Pascaline's team made us feel so welcome from the moment we met
Chef Didier and Ruby and all the wonderful staff. They truly made our wedding day so special. Everyone at the wedding was raving about the food and how wonderful everything was. All the staff were so attentive to our guests and the food came out even better than the tasting.
My husband and I did quite a few tastings before finally finding Pascaline and the customer service and quality of food that Pascaline delivers is unbeatable. To this day, my wedding guests still comment about how amazing the food was. -

We are so happy we choose to work with Chef Didier and Pascaline's Fine Catering. From the moment we meet Chef Didier and Ann Marie we knew it was what we wanted. Their food was incredible and their deserts were amazing. We tried several different options for someone to cater our wedding and we made the right choice with Pascaline's. They customized everything made perfect suggestions and pairing for food and wine. They gave us everything we asked for and more all while being professional and incredible helpful. I can't Thank them enough! -

Merrill Sent on 08/20/2018AMAZING!! If I could go back I wouldn't change one thing! We cannot say enough positive things about Pascaline! Didier (Head Chef), Ann Marie (Event Coordinator) and Celine (Head Pastry Chef) are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet and were such a pleasure to work with. On top of all this, they make INCREDIBLY delicious food! They handled two extremely important parts of our wedding weekend, and did a flawless job! We hired them first for our Friday night rehearsal dinner party, and then again to make our wedding cake the following day.
Not only did they personally design a three station dinner menu + local cheese and charcuterie station + dessert station for our Friday night, they also invited us to come to the cafe for a private tasting experience with Didier and Ann Marie! To finish it all off, we did a cake tasting with miniature cakes all made by Celine. I can't even begin to describe how lovely the entire dinner and dessert tasting was. I still think about it to this day!!
At our Friday night Rehearsal Dinner party, Didier and Ann Marie were there the entire night working non-stop with their incredible staff to ensure the food and service was perfect - and trust me when I say it was impeccable!!! Our guests were going back for seconds and thirds, and wouldn't stop raving about the food. The stations were extremely well managed, and the presentation of the food was beautiful. The array of desserts prepared by Celine were a hit and were both beautiful and delicious!
We also used Pascaline for our wedding cake (the following day). Celine nailed it! OH MY GOD!! The cake was moist and the cream filling was so decadent and fresh. The buttercream frosting was delicious and looked exactly like the picture we provided her. It was gorgeous!!!! Luckily our venue saved the top tier, so we were able to enjoy it the day after our wedding as well!! -
