Chip and Anke arrived thinking they were only going to be dropping off tables and chairs according to the contract, but we thought we had ordered set up too. For Chip and Anke, it was not a problem and they graciously and with enthusiasm stayed and set up all the tables and chairs and kept reassuring us not to worry about it. They were awesome and so sweet and wonderful to deal with that I could not think of using anyone else! They saved the day for us because we had such limited time to set everything up for 500 guests to be arriving at the event. Five Stars is not enough--their positive and professionalism and cheerfulness and reassurance earns them 100 stars!!!! Thank you Party Elegance of Fredericksburg, VA, and Chip and Anke! Linda & Cathy are extremely helpful. They truly take the time to get to know their bride and what she wants and they help her put her vision together. They were really flexible and truly caring. They really went all out to ensure that my day was absolutely beautiful!!! I would recommend them ten times over!!

The ladies at Party Elegance were absolutely great to work with as I prepared for my wedding! The ladies there were kind, enthusiastic, and accommodating to my changing needs as the guest count kept going up, and up, and up! They were extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice about table seating and cloth length, as well as any other questions that came to mind!

My husband and I rented a bridal arch from Party Elegance, which served as decor in our wedding ceremony and at our reception. The arch was perfect as we had previously had some trouble locating something tall enough for my 6'5" husband to stand beneath! The employees and owners were so wonderful! They were very flexible with our needs for delivery and return, which is very kind during such a stressful event! The business is small, but the quality of the rental items is beyond compare. They have a variety of decor: arches, chairs, table settings, lighting, etc. If you want to give your wedding or other event an elegant flair, I'd definitely recommend Party Elegance!

I have to say I was so disappointed in how this business treated my husband on the day of our wedding. Linda was so wonderful when we spoke through email and in person. Unfortunately she was unavailable on the day of our wedding so her son and daughter-in-law filled in. They were so disgustingly rude I was blown away. When they arrived at our ceremony site they told my husband that they were not going to set up the chairs and they would set them on the side of the road for him to set up. We were under the impression that we paid for them to deliver, set-up, and take down the chairs, she proceeded to get an attitude saying that it would be an extra $100 for doing that. She then got on her phone and complained to someone about how she didn't think she should have to set them up. So my husband started calling family to come and help set up the chairs seeing as how the two of them didn't want to do it and the son comes over to my husband and wants to know who he's talking to!! First off it's none of his business and second how rude. Also they're communication was awful none of them could get the times right of when to come back and get the chairs. I was so sad that they acted this way, this was our only flaw the whole day. Really sad how childish they acted.
