They embraced all of my crazy ideas and brought them to life better than I ever could have imagined.

I went into wedding planning thinking it was going to be the death of me, but hiring Nicole and her team made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. I honestly didn’t stress one bit — not even on the wedding day itself. They were extremely organized, responsive, and so creative.

Nicole is incredibly knowledgeable and guided us through the wedding planning process with expertise and efficiency, from a checklist on day one to regular check ins over the following year and a half. She had excellent vendor recommendations, was very organized, and helped us bring our perfect wedding to life. When Hurricanes Milton and Helene hit Sarasota and damaged our wedding venue less than two months before the wedding day, Nicole and her team worked with us and the venue to find a new ceremony location, to re-do our florals for the new space, and to adjust our day-of timing. With their creative thinking and positive attitude, we ended up loving the final outcome even more than the original plan.

Margaux was our lead planner, and she was AWESOME. She led our show table and tasting and was the point person on-site during the wedding weekend events. She and Lexi were with me on the wedding day, and I couldn't have done it without them. They kept everything running on time, dealt with a number of unexpected crises, and were incredibly kind and professional throughout the day. They did everything - held my veil, kept the groomsmen on time, helped me change into my second dress, handled last-minute changes seamlessly, directed guests where they needed to be, helped me with makeup touchups, and brought so much joy and fun energy to the whole day. Due to a fairly booked out venue, my planning process was long. I never felt that my wedding had a lack of attention because the planners were in contact with me regularly, sticking to their timeline and connecting me with choices/suggestions in their extensive network of vendors. Their suggestions were appropriate for our vision and the budget, and having trust in them helped us create my dream wedding. My life changed quite a bit during the planning, resulting in a bit of a dynamic budget and last-minute ideas - my lead planner, Kacie, was there for every justification and change of plans I threw their way. I pay a lot of attention to detail and did quite a bit of researching into different possibilities, and the team organized and coordinated it all seamlessly.

I couldn’t imagine my experience without them – watching Kacie effortlessly direct our animated priest through a rehearsal, being genuinely calmed by a very pregnant Jessica when I knew we got behind schedule after a hair/makeup mishap, being fed canapes by one member of the team while two others bustled my dress, hearing from my parents the next morning that they were handed drink refills and constantly checked on…every detail. I was so present on my wedding day – something I know is thanks to the trust I had in the NK Productions team and their complete control over coordinating vendors.

NK and her team, especially my lead planner Kerri, were absolutely outstanding. I cannot say enough positive things about them. There is a lot that it takes to put on a wedding and Kerri made it seamless. Every detail was perfect and her input and vendor recommendations based on the themes I wanted were impeccable. I was literally stunned when I saw our wedding venue the day of. The day of was soooo crazy but Kerri and her team made everything flawless and were so helpful, and I had so much carefree fun as a result. We also did a welcome party on Friday at Selby Gardens that Kerri helped us plan and run. It was perfect!!! She again nailed the theme and the decor. Overall, NK rocks, and I would seriously look no further if you have a wedding in Sarasota or nearby.

I hired NK Productions for full planning to assist with my wedding initially for 2020 and then for 2021 when we postponed. They recommended fantastic vendors that fit my budget and guided me throughout the whole process. When we decided to postpone our wedding due to COVID, Nicole worked quickly to get all the contracts switched over. Given how stressful that time was, she made it so easy on me. She handled everything and all I had to do was sign the new contracts. For the actual day of ceremony in 2021, Kerri and her team handled everything on site, even some last minute changes, so that my husband and I could fully enjoy our evening. I would have lost my sanity if I had not worked with Nicole, Korrin, Kerri, Kacie and the rest of the NK Productions team. I cannot recommend them more! I believe hiring Nicole and her team was the best money we spent during the planning process.
