When I saw my brother’s family photos from the beach I fell in love. I asked who took them and they told me Naomi Culley, based in the Outer Banks. I reached out and she quickly agreed to photograph our wedding in Southern Virginia, despite the drive. When I met Naomi I felt like I was talking with an old friend. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Naomi and her husband were professional and so much fun at the same time! They captured everything I asked for and more. They even loaded us up in their car to go get great sunset photos at a point nearby. Our sneak peaks and the rest of our photos came back so quickly, and I can’t stop looking at them 2 months later. I can’t wait to take a family trip down to the Outer Banks to do more photos with the Culleys in the future.

Naomi did an amazing job for our wedding! She was fun to be around, great at finding the shot, and still made our pictures look perfect when we chose a day time wedding and all of us are squinting. I would recommend her over and over again.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with Naomi as our photographer on our wedding day! She was actually the first vendor we hired for our wedding, and she even gave us some amazing recommendations for other vendors!

Before the wedding, she took our engagement photos and had us meet her at Coquina Beach, which is actually where we ended up having our wedding ceremony! The engagement photos she took were incredible, and she made us feel at ease because neither of us had ever had professional photos done. We were able to get to know her and feel more comfortable with her which definitely helped on the big day.

On our wedding day, she was so prepared, knew the perfect spot to take us for the first look, and perfectly captured our ceremony. She's great at giving directions and coordinating our group of attendees after the wedding. Between the ceremony and the reception, she took us to a beautiful secluded beach for some fantastic photos, and during the reception (which was in downtown Manteo), she snuck us out for a few minutes to get some sunset photos, which even ended up with some impromptu photos on a sailboat in the harbor and dancing in the streets of Manteo. The images she took of us on that day were not just worth every penny, they’ll truly show the happiness we felt on that very special day.

After the wedding, she was quick to get the images back to us, and it's so nice owning the pictures she takes so you can get them developed yourself.

You can definitely tell that Naomi has years of experience doing this and is very familiar with area, the venues, and other vendors.

Where do I even begin? Naomi and her husband Luke photographed our wedding this past May and we had the BEST experience. Our big day would not have been the same without them. Naomi also photographer my bridal portraits and our engagement shoot the summer prior. Naomi is incredibly flexible, high energy, and an absolute JOY to be around. Naomi and Luke were kind enough to cover getting ready pictures at my husband and I’s separate family beach houses, and then travel all the way down to Manteo to photograph our beautiful ceremony in the Elizabethan Gardens. They followed us back up to the Kitty Hawk for our reception in the Pier House and partied the evening away with us afterward. Naomi was consistently on time, prepared for anything, and saved the day multiple times. She truly cares about each of her clients and will make you feel like family. Her photos were perfect in every way with natural poses and edits that we absolutely fell in love with. She captured the most precious moments that will hang on the walls of our new home forever. I could not recommend a better Outer Banks (or anywhere!) photographer that will live up to your highest expectations and provide you with the highest quality photos. Naomi is an incredible photographer (and amazing friend)!! She was always quick to the point getting us in poses or creating ideas quickly! If anyone is getting married in the OBX I highly recommend!

Naomi is by far the best! I’m so happy and lucky to have found her. She is professional and fun and she really took the time to get to know myself and my now husband. She was genuine and engaging. On our wedding day, it was like having an old friend with us. We are so pleased with our wedding photos! She did an outstanding job! Words cannot describe how wonderful Naomi is. Start to finish she was attentive, available and so very helpful! She suggested locations restaurants and hair/makeup. We planned a small beach elopement that was flipped upside down by hurricane Ian. Naomi provided alternate wedding locations and when we could not make our reception dinner she arranged a different restaurant. The pictures are amazing! She captured everything in such an elegant way.
10/10 recommend! My maid of honor will be planning family portraits during her next visit to the outer banks.

I have the privilege of calling Naomi a friend since 2015 and to have her as my wedding photographer almost 10 years later with her husband Luke was the greatest joy. They not only came to the south of France to photograph our wedding but stayed with both our families for a couple days before and after the wedding day and were able to photograph precious moments that we will cherish for life. The planning before the wedding was so easy, Naomi and Luke really know what they're doing so you can completely let go and relax knowing that you're in very, very good hands. They sent us the pictures just two months after the wedding with a first preview a week or two after the big day which made us relive the day in such a beautiful way. We love you very much Naomi and Luke and I guess we'll have to host a big party for our 10th anniversary so that you can come back to take some lovely pictures and enjoy Provence and the vineyards again ;)

Naomi was amazing! She was a natural at being a photographer and made everyone feel so loved and comfortable. Her communication was awesome and clear. She did everything you needed for your wedding day! I would recommend her over and over again!!

There is no better duo on the Outer Banks than Naomi & Luke! They truly capture the entire essence of the day, individually and together. My husband and I loved that each of us had our own ‘side kick’ throughout the day, someone that was truly focused on capturing our vision.
