Mission Point Resort plays host to weddings as large at 300 guests, but can also accommodate smaller, more intimate celebrations. The soft breeze from the lake passes over the lush green grass to greet loved ones as couples recite their vows on the Great Lawn. More intimate outdoor gatherings may take place in front of the charming gazebo amidst a burgeoning garden. Couples may choose to host their reception in one of two outdoor locations which boast impressive views of Lake Huron in the background. Indoor ceremonies and receptions may be held in one of their four event spaces. The Cypress Room feels grand and traditional with impressive log columns and beams. In contrast, the bright and airy Summit Room provides panoramic views of the property with an allusion to romance. The resort offers a luxurious salon and spa, perfect for pre-wedding relaxation and final preparations. A number of amenities are available to overnight guests including a swimming pool and hot tub, an arcade, and bike rentals.

Accommodation

Overnight accommodation is available for your out-of-town guests with rooms and suites in both the Main Lodge and Straits Lodge. The Main Lodge is located just a short distance from all of the resort’s amenities and provides a variety of comfortable, well-appointed guest rooms. The Straits Lodge is just a five-minute walk from the central resort area. Here, families traveling together will find spacious rooms within a closer proximity to town.
