To put it simply, Mina is a gem. I reached out to Mina back in 2019 to see about doing our engagement photos and eventually wedding photos. We hit it right off since she is so warm and friendly! Mina is a professional through and through and answered all my questions with ease when we met over coffee one day. Looking through her portfolio you can easily see she is fantastic at what she does, no doubt there. But Mina brings her sweet and caring personality into her work as well. My now husband Brett and I had a blast doing our engagement photos with her and she made us comfortable and relaxed since posing and doing PDA isn't what we are used to. When COVID hit and our wedding was postponed a year, Mina handled it like a champ and confirmed right away that our new date would work for her instead of leaving us in limbo. FINALLY, when the day came, Mina and her assistant were there and ready with the shot list I provided. They even checked in with Brett and I to make sure they were capturing everything we wanted them to that day (anything sentimental to photograph alone, any specific or special shots while getting ready outside of the usual). I felt so at ease knowing no moment would go missed. They even threw in ideas for different poses or moments for us to play around with as we waited for others to get ready. In short, Mina is top notch and I sincerely doubt you find a better photographer. I'm going to keep Mina in mind for any future moments I want captured professionally in our lives.

You won't find another wedding photographer like Mina. It was obvious upon first meeting her that she genuinely cares deeply about your love, your family, and your wedding day. Her work honestly speaks for itself - intimate, grounded, classic, gorgeous. I am so happy with my pictures, I am over the moon. Not only that, but she was a joy to have around on our special day. She will be with you from morning until night, if that's what is required. She also provides a lovely handmade wooden box filled with your favorite photo moments, tied sublimely with a sweet ribbon. Mina is truly one of the sweetest vendors on our vendor dream team. As soon as we met her, I knew without a doubt she was the photographer I wanted for our wedding! She has such a calming energy and an eye for the most beautiful, romantic photos. I could not believe how well she captured our love!! Not to mention, she had such a way of making us comfortable while we posed - it felt so much more natural than I would have thought! Especially for my husband who hates being the center of attention LOL

Mina connected with us from the moment we met in downtown Raleigh to have coffees and discuss what we were looking for in a photographer for our engagement shoot and our wedding. She brings skills, art, experience, and creativity alive with your personal vision for your event and is able to capture all of the moments big and small throughout the course of the day.

For our engagement shoot, she captured us perfectly even in the dead of winter in an outdoor photoshoot, and allowed us to bring our dog with us for a portion of the shoot! We loved those photos with our dog the most.

For our wedding, Mina had an assistant with her, which allowed her to capture several different images at the same time, when sometimes things go unphotographed at a wedding with everything that's taking place at the same time. It also meant that she could join the girls for "getting ready" photos on one location while her assistant joined the boys for "getting ready" photos at another location, which we are so blessed to have photos of, since we didn't do a first look prior to the ceremony, and so we couldn't see each other all day!

Mina had shot at our venue before and was prepared with the perfect equipment and lighting to photograph the evening, starting in our indoor ceremony, then outside for cocktail hour, and then back inside for reception as the sun set outside, changing the way the interior of the space was lit through the windows. That takes great skill and patience! We were blown away with the huge album of photographs she edited for our final collection from the wedding. A beautiful array of portraits, candid shots, action shots, and detail shots. We can't recommend Mina enough!

I truly cannot say enough about Mina and her incredible talent. I just don't think there are actual words for it. To know her is a pleasure, but to work with her is an HONOR. We found her through our neighbors who are not only longtime friends of hers but also recently married clients of hers. When I saw their portraits, I immediately fell in love. And when I met Mina for the first time shortly after, I immediately knew she was the photographer for us. Her attention to detail and her kind, sweet and patient demeanor make her unlike any other person I've ever met - friend or colleague alike. Our wedding day was nothing short of eventful; it was long, and it was HOT - yet she was there, capturing every moment, for the entire day. And with a smile on her face, too! I've never heard so many compliments from my friends and family towards someone they don't even know! She is so personable that she really seems like she belongs anywhere she goes. Not once was she intrusive or demanding like some photographers can be; instead, she quietly observed everyone's every move and somehow captured all the right moments. When we first received the entirety of our wedding album, we were in absolute awe of her ability to portray others' emotions in a way that seems to reach through the picture and grab you, allowing you to feel the same emotions as were felt in that exact moment. She possesses a talent unlike anyone I've ever met and I am so, so grateful to have her work to cherish for a lifetime. It's been a little over three months since our wedding day and not a day goes by that I don't look at our album. The keepsake box is probably my favourite aspect of the whole experience. It's one thing to look at the photos, but to hold them in your hand makes them all the more meaningful! If you are in need of a photographer, please, please heed my advice: choose Mina. You will not be disappointed! I say "choose" and not "hire" as you will be gaining a lifelong friend and not just an event photographer. We love you, Mina, and are so proud to know you!

My wife and I could not ask for a better photographer for our wedding. Having the right photos for our once in a lifetime event was very important to us and Mina provided just that at a reasonable price. Her personal style is very calm and helpful, and she's got an artistic and memorable, classic style to her work. I met Mina in college and I have always been a fan of her work. When we were looking for photographers, Mina was on the top of our list. She is incredible to say the l very east. Our guests loved her, she made them all feel comfortable which was really important to us. She was on site for more than 12 hours and didn’t complain once, even when we were running way behind. She was extremely professional and friendly. Our wedding pictures turned out so beautiful, and every person who say saw the pictures said the same thing.
