I will say their communication was good throughout. We booked Midnight Sol for an engagement shoot and wedding package. The engagement photos we felt were awesome, so we were excited for the wedding. Unfortunately this is where we feel they fell short. The day felt very rushed and our sneaks 24 hours later were disappointing. We asked them to please look at some edits based on the sneaks we got as we were nervous about the lighting. Some of the family photos and bridal party photos had glare. We got our full album back and our couples photos were fine. However, the family photos still had glare and some of the bride getting ready photos made us look oily. The extended family photos had sun in peoples’ faces. We asked them to edit some photos again and they did end up removing the glare from some immediate family photos, but the extended family photos weren’t any better, which was devastating. Overall the album didn’t meet our expectations.
