Growing up my mother always said to find something you love to do and you will never work a day in your life. This couldn't have been a truer statement. Photography has allowed me to do exactly that. I have a great passion for shooting photos and try to convey that through my work.

It all started years ago with a simple point and shoot camera taking snapshots on trips and at events. Over time, I studied the craft by reading books, watching/attending seminars, and spending countless hours reading articles, blogs, and forums online to educate myself to be the best I can. That point and shoot camera soon after turned into multiple dslr cameras, a handful of lenses, studio and on location lighting, and the latest editing software.

My number one goal during a photo shoot, whether it be a wedding or portrait session, is to bring out the natural essence of the person/people I am shooting - A genuine smile. An unplanned kiss between a couple in love. The bride, groom, or guests tearing up at a wedding. The baby smiling at his/her parents. - These are my favorite moments to capture as they last a lifetime.
