Facilities and Capacity

Boasting over 8,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor space with beachfront access. Marriott Stanton South Beach has ample space for hosting your ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, and more.

Marriott Stanton South Beach offers two different outdoor spaces for you to utilize. First, 5,000 square feet is the Ocean View Terrace which accommodates events with up to 120 guests that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The second is 1,133 square feet SOuth Point Ballroom Veranda that can accommodate receptions with up to 40 guests overlooking the iconic Ocean Drive. For those who prefer to host their special event indoors, Marriott Stanton South Beach offers their 2,060 square feet SOuth Point Ballroom which can accommodate events with up to 80 guests seated or 100 guests in lounge style.

Amazing experience!

Ashley, Natalie, Angelina, and the entire Stanton team were amazing! They accommodated our every need during what ended up being a very eventful weekend. Thank you so much for everything! If you’re reading this and are on the fence- go with them! You’ll love it! Amazing venue, food, staff.

I had my wedding in May 2018 at the Marriott Stanton and there are not words to describe the Love, Gratitude and Appreciation I have for the staff at this hotel and specifically my Wedding Coordinators Jennifer Rivas and Natalie Gonzalez along with the help of Jonathan. I planned my wedding from New Jersey so I was constantly communicating with Jennifer via email and phone over many months. During my time planning my wedding they were doing hotel renovations, a change in wedding coordinators and a change in chef but even through all that they were still amazing. This hotel was absolutely perfect for my wedding. The location could not be better: right on the beach and the hotel is beautiful. It is modern and has a boutique feel even though it is a decent size. I did a lot of research and comparisons to the many other hotel options on south beach and the value could not be beat for what my wedding cost !! Jennifer and her team were outstanding the week of the wedding. I couldn't have asked for more support or more exceptional service for myself, my family and the over 40 guests who stayed in the hotel for my wedding. The wedding reception room was amazing. It was a cozy size that was absolutely perfect for my 80 guests and I love that it had a large outside balcony overlooking the city. The staff went above and beyond for my wedding and I would a million times over and over recommend the Marriott Stanton for a wedding.

The Marriott Stanton was the best for our wedding on 8/30/14. We had 50 people there for a destination wedding and the entire hotel staff treated them like kings and queens. The wedding was amazing on the beach and the reception inside was beautiful. The event staff was very helpful and flexible through the whole process. We would recommend the Marriott for any event you have in the future!

My husband and I live in Texas and were determined to get married on the beach in FL. Planning a wedding from so far away, along with being on a budget, is not an easy task. Thank God I found the South Beach Marriott. Mariam Casco was my event coordinator and was amazing! She made everything so easy. She was always quick with responses and so helpful. Our wedding reception was absolutely beautiful thank you to her and John. We are thrilled to pieces with the way everything turned out. All of our guests loved the food at our reception and the hotel and kept asking how I found such a nice place when I live in Texas. I definitely recommend the South Beach Marriott to anyone looking to have their wedding/reception on the beach or at a hotel on the beach!

The South Beach Marriott was absolutely wonderful! I am so glad that we chose to have our wedding there. They treated us like we were royalty. Violet Drummond and Sonja Blandon were so extremely helpful and very caring about every detail. They even threw together a rehersal dinner at the last minute that our guests loved! The venue was beautiful as well. Big John and the staff in the reception room were excellent. We didn't have to worry about anything. We are already planning our 5 year anniversary party there!

Amazing, amazing amazing! I cant say enough amazing things about the South Beach Marriott. Sonia Blandon took care of us and I have to say that I now consider her my friend because of all that she made happen for us. They treated us like a luxurious wedding guest. Our wedding was absolutely perfect. I was blown away by everything. I loved the look of the hotel, but the set up, the requests were always met, the emails and phone calls were handles immediately...the food was amazing. I love them and have so much to thank them for! They knew how grateful my husband and I are to them. A+++ They truly know how to run an upscale hotel and a SLAMMING event. We had our wedding on their beautiful terrace, cocktail hour in the outside lounge area, and the reception in their large ballroom. Our wedding was amazing because of South Beach Marriott :) Thank you!

Got married at the SBM on 6/25... our wedding was AMAZING. Violet (the event coordinator) was very accommodating. Since this was a destination wedding; we were in contact with her via conference calls and emails.

SBM - provides a wedding cake from ANA PAZ (which is delicious), basic white linens, and chairs. Also provided white lawn chairs for our ceremony outside.

The food was delicious. We had beef wellington, sushi and crab cakes for our cocktail hour. Caprese salad and shrimp cocktail for starters. Our entrees were stufffed swordfish and petite filets.

Cons - only pick 3 hor duerves, only pick 2 entrees, the room is narrow (80x20 I believe), the reception chairs need chair covers.

Pros - Amazing/accommodating staff, veranda/balcony access outside reception hall, delicious food, validate parking for guests, great for a small wedding, provided honeymoon suite.

The hotel was beautiful and in a wonderful location. Our event managers Doreen and John were amazing. They made everything possible for us, including the many issues with the rain we had during the weekend. We had planned a cocktail picnic in the park and when it started to rain and we had no back up plan, the hotel let us use one of they're banquet facilities. They set up the entire reception for the wedding the next day perfectly and waited patiently with us for the rain to stop since our ceremony was on the beach and our recpetion was on their outdoor terrace. I cannot express how happy we were with everything they did for us, they went above and beyond what they needed to.

I have to say that the Marriot was the perfect location for our wedding. I loved their terrace for our ceremony and the ballroom, believe it or not it was the one of the few places that has a balcony attached to it. I love being outdoors, so it was great to get both in one. The food was exceptional, everyone still talks about the shrimp mojito shots, and the crab cakes.
The staff for the most part was very responsive and helpful. They helped us through the rain.
Service was phenomenal, I think everyone loved the place, food, and location!!!
