As an interracial couple blending of our cultures was important to us and having a bilingual DJ and MC was a non negotiable. Daniel was the perfect fit. He was very fairly priced and offered everything we were looking for, including CO₂ guns, a Photobooth with an attendant, and the ability to personalize the Photobooth experience for our guests — all of which ran incredibly smoothly. It was helpful to have all of these things through one single vendor rather than multiple people to coordinate. What truly set him apart was how intentional and thoughtful he was with our music. He helped us create a detailed plan that included songs we loved, songs we didn’t want played, and the exact timing for everything. Most importantly, he seamlessly blended both of our cultures throughout the night in a way that felt natural and effortless. Our dance floor was full the entire night. He also communicated directly with our wedding planners to ensure the timeline was perfect, which allowed the day to flow without a single hiccup. As a bride, one of the most important parts of our wedding was bringing together my American family and my husband’s Colombian family and making sure everyone felt included, celebrated, and connected throughout the night. The introductions were so much fun, the speeches flowed perfectly, and the music throughout cocktail hour and the reception kept everyone engaged and on the dance floor. DJ Zeval created the perfect mix of English and Spanish music, making sure both sides of our families felt included and had an incredible time.

DJ Zeval also went above and beyond by translating the Father of the Groom’s speech from Spanish into English, allowing the majority of our guests who only spoke English to fully understand and enjoy such a special moment. He also helped make sure our choreographed first dance went perfectly and then seamlessly welcomed all of our guests onto the dance floor afterward. We ended the night with everyone dancing and singing together, which was truly the perfect way to finish our wedding!

Before the big day, Daniel, the Creative Director at Luniks, made us feel completely comfortable and confident in every detail. He took the time to understand our story and our vision and carefully helped us plan every aspect of the reception. He understood how important it was to us to celebrate my husband’s Colombian culture without it feeling overdone, while still making sure my American family felt included.
