We offer three ballrooms:
Illini Ballroom: 7,080sq ft-seats up to 400 at rounds of 10
Legacy Ballroom: 6,360 sq ft-seats up to 300 at rounds of 10
Alumni Room: 4,800 sq ft-seats up to 200 at rounds of 10 (Ceiling height 9’6”)

We wanted to book a venue at/near a hotel so that guests would have a place to stay - that didn't require driving (and buses to/from was an additional cost we didn't have in the budget). We couldn't be more happy with our decision to have our reception at the Hilton Garden Inn. Michael - the event coordinator was amazing to work with - he helped make my ideas a beautiful reality and made the process extremely smooth. The food was delicious and the entire staff the night of was fantastic. We have multiple guests comment on - and even personally tip - their waiters. The bartenders were also fantastic - and the late night event coordinators (that helped with clean up) were SO nice and helpful. Highly recommend this venue!

We booked with Jennifer and the Hilton Garden Inn just last weekend. Jennifer has been amazing to work with thus far and I can not wait to see what she can do on our big day. Our wedding will not be until next year, so I will post a follow up review after. So far I have loved working with Jennifer and the quality of service we have received.
Update:
Our wedding was flawless. I do not have enough words to describe how pleased we are with our how our day went. Jennifer and her staff were amazing. They allowed us to just enjoy the day and not have to worry about a thing. During our rehearsal dinner they gave tips as we practiced walking down the aisle. They pointed out things that we had not even thought about. On the day of they took care of everything. Turning on the LED candles we had going down the aisle, setting up the entire ceremony and reception, lighting all the candles on our tables, moving lanterns from the ceremony to the reception, they got us lined up for both the ceremony and reception introductions, they even got my spouse and I, a container of food for each of us that they put in our room for us for later in the evening along with 2 pieces of cake. I could seriously go on and on. I could not be more grateful to the girls and the staff at the Hilton. Thank you so much for making our day so special!

The Hilton Garden Inn was the perfect place for my ceremony and reception. It was executed flawlessly and we could not have asked for a better place. They clearly have a ton of experience because the entire day was so smooth and I felt completely relaxed! We worked with Jennifer who was always willing to answer whatever questions I had and completely willing to try any ideas I presented. The food is also incredible and we had so many compliments! We made and brought all of our own decorations and the Hilton made our reception space even more beautiful than I pictured. They are well-organized, professional, and superb at what they do. I can't wait to have my sister's wedding there in April!

We could not be more pleased with the service we received from the Hilton Garden Inn for our wedding reception! All of the staff made everything so stress free from start to finish. I literally can not even begin to explain how much Caitlyn from the Sales Team helped us from the very first meeting to the end of the reception. She was sure to leave no small detail unchecked and did an excellent job to make sure that everything ran smoothly. We couldn't have done any of it without her! With her help as well as the rest of the staff, our reception hall looked gorgeous. The food was also excellent and the waitstaff was very attentive. I couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out!

The staff at the Hilton were great! They were professional and very nice. We had some last minute oddball requests and they were so accommodating. Our guests enjoyed their stay at the hotel as well. I highly recommend this venue.

It was wonderful - we gave them all of the decorations and ideas we wanted for the reception and they did it. Didn't have to worry about setting up or tearing down the day of the wedding. Well worth the additional cost.

The Hilton Garden Inn did an amazing job with our wedding reception! They were always willings to go above and beyond to help make sure everything went smoothly. We were very pleased with the outcome of our wedding night and couldn't have asked for better service. They made the whole planning experience easier and made me feel at ease. Working with the Hilton and their staff was a pleasurable experience. They took the stress and hassle of wedding planning away. The event coordinators for the Hilton were amazing. They offered advice and experience that I couldn't have otherwise gotten. I highly recommend them for any Bride to be.

The ENTIRE staff at the Hilton Garden were the most accommodating and helpful staff you will ever encounter! They made each decision (and each change we made) feel like it was the right one, making suggestions whenever appropriate, yet supportive of any that we made. The food was PERFECT and met our specific needs/requests! The room was set up perfectly and the staff made each and every moment there enjoyable. I can not express our gratitude or pleasure with each opportunity to interact with the Hilton Garden Inn in Champaign. Our wedding day was so much more than we could have hoped for and I KNOW a large part was due the them.

The Hilton Garden Inn was a very welcoming experience. The wedding cordinator and every staff member was a true blessing to work with. They were very helpful and kind. We recieved compliment after compliment on the food and the service.
One quest commented that is was the best wedding meal he had ever experienced.Several guest commented that the could cut the filet mignon with their fork.That was our main concern, that the food would be excellent, and it was above our expectations.We will defintely be back for another daughter.

What a beautiful banquet hall! As a DJ, I've seen many halls in the Campaign area, and this one is beautiful. The high ceilings, and elegant dance floor are just the beginning. Their staff are wonderful to work with as well! From the front office staff and everyone in between - they are all about service, service, and service.
