Yessenia was a stellar wedding planner throughout the whole process! We opted for the partial planning package which was very reasonably priced and did not limit the amount of emails we could have early on, which some other planners do. In our initial conversation, we laid out our general vision and let Yessenia know that the bride had a good handle on the vision/ pulling together an aesthetic for our day and we would mostly be needing help with logistics and looking at other vendors for our day. Yessenia was excited to talk to us about our wedding for the almost 2 years that we had contracted with her. She always offered multiple vendor recommendations and let us lead as far as who we preferred to work with. There were a few times during the planning process in which we had to ask advice regarding the contracts we had with other vendors and Yessenia always validated our concerns along with offering genuinely helpful advice.

We are both very Type-A organized people and Yessenia handled our sometimes overbearing, detailed-focus selves better than we could have hoped. We started getting into the nitty gritty of timelines about a month out and we always felt reassured that she was on top of everything after a call. Yessenia even offered to help us out by picking up our mini wedding cake on the day-of. On the wedding day, we fully trusted Yessenia to handle things. Even when her assistant for the day was unable to make it, we were not aware until later and Yessenia was able to pull in someone else for extra support. Having her assist with family photos made things run so much smoother since the bride’s family primarily speaks Spanish and the photo team didn’t. She was also taking behind the scenes photos throughout the day which have been so great to look at while we wait on the professional ones.

Overall, we felt Yessenia was always going above and beyond to support us through the wedding planning process and we are constantly touting how getting a planner was the best decision we made for ourselves and our wedding.

Yessenia was an absolute dream come true! She was our "closing" planner on our wedding day and helped to make sure that everything post-ceremony went off without a hitch. Between releasing our guest tables for the buffet line to neatly packing and organizing all of our event decor for pickup the next day, our special day would not have been complete without Yessenia. Her warm smile and calm demeanor gave me absolute trust so that I could dance the night away instead of worrying about logistics. Thank you Yessenia!!

Hiring Yessenia Mina was the BEST decision we made for our wedding. Trust me, hire her right away! Yessenia was there to guide us through the planning process, connected us with other wonderful vendors, and was there for every detail on the day of the wedding. I am pretty sure she is a mind reader too… At one point during the wedding night, I wanted to change shoes from my heels to my comfortable shoes. I stepped out of the ballroom and, without me asking , she brought me my comfortable shoes! I would not have been able to survive the wedding planning process and the wedding day without Yessenia. She was the fun, kind, calm, and friendly face that we needed. She helped with decorations and made the decisions that I did not want to make. I was one of those brides that thought I wouldn’t need any assistance for my wedding … after meeting Yessenia, I knew I needed her! What a kind, sweet soul Yessi is. Yessenia was a huge blessing in our wedding. When we went over the details for our event she brought up things I hadnt even thought of. She made sure to make my vision come true with setting up for the reception and making sure I was calm all through the day. Im used to always being in charge and making sure everything goes smoothly but for one night I got to take a backseat. All my guests couldnt stop talking about what a perfect night it was. The theme to our Sweet 15 event was Royalty and the hall was decorated above our expectations. My daughter cryied from the emotions she felt when walking into the hall for the first time. She was joyful and exciteted. Yessenia Mina was profession, attentive and addressed all our needs promptly. Our event was magical!
