Lisa is AMAZING. We selected her month-of planning package for our wedding at Brindare and could not have been happier. She is super responsive, organized, and kind. Since she works at Brindare so often, she knows everything about it and everyone who works there. She helped us curate a custom menu during our tasting when we were torn between options, answered our (many) questions during the lead up to the wedding, kept in constant communication with updates, and made everything run super smoothly on the day of. She took everything out of our hands so we could relax and enjoy the day. We also had a hiccup at the wedding that Lisa handled professionally and with discretion. We would choose Lisa again and again!!

Lisa was a wonderful day of coordinator for us. I highly highly recommend her, especially if you are going with Tre Postí as your venue. She is the planner there more than any others and she had a better value package than the other planners we contacted, too. (10+) She knows what’s up and handles everything, even unexpected things, deftly.
Lisa was kind throughout the whole process and several of our other vendors commented on how pleasant she was to work with. This is obviously important inherently, but also it keeps everyone happy and everything going smooth and morale up throughout the big day. The DJ was a friend of a close friend of ours and our friend told us how Lisa was so nice and considerate and often in his experience in general the planners are kind of crappy to DJ’s for whatever reason and hearing this made me so happy we went with Lisa and that she was a class act even when we weren’t around. My dad even noticed a couple unforeseen things she handled during the evening and commented on how good she is at her job. She also got an award for 2023 best coordinator in Napa. Thanks again Lisa!

We hired Lisa for month of planning services for our wedding. From the moment that she stepped in, she handled everything swiftly and smoothly. She had a lot of experience working with a majority of our vendors and that made it incredibly easy to plan with her since she already knew the ins and outs of some of our vendors' policies. Make no mistake, her connections with vendors in the area are a huge advantage! She always made herself available to us (so sorry for the early morning and late night messages!). She's easy going and will give you her honest opinion on what she thinks will work best for you. Most importantly, she executed our wedding plans to perfection. Lisa was PHENOMENAL to work with. She grew up in Napa and knows everyone. She opens up her network to you, finds creative way to fix problems, and she is always very positive & upbeat. We had several hiccups in our wedding, none of which were Lisa's fault, but she jumped in and saved the day by either getting us a discount or a solution to our problems.

Where do I begin with Lisa?! We had the pleasure of using Lisa’s planning services for our wedding in St Helena in July 2022. As a stressed out bride, Lisa brought the level of calm and zen that I was missing in the wedding planning process! Not to mention, whenever we found a new vendor, they were always OVER THE MOON that they got to work with Lisa, which is a true testament to her work. She is a true professional, has so many connections in the wedding and events community, and helped us to assemble a ROCKSTAR team of vendors. She is so on-top of things and made the entire wedding planning experience smooth. For example, our parents flew in 6 months prior to our wedding to see the venue and do a food tasting, and Lisa got samples from the bakery we were looking at so that we could all try everything at once. The little things like that add up to make an incredibly optimized experience. It was so easy to work with Lisa throughout every stage of our wedding planning process. From in-person visits, to Zoom meetings, to frantic texts days before the wedding with COVID cancellations, she handled everything with ease and grace. I cannot recommend her enough!!
