We’re so grateful to have had Elsa as our wedding coordinator! She was incredibly knowledgeable and provided so many helpful tips that made the planning process smooth and stress-free. Her experience really showed—everything was so well organized and thoughtful.

She offered great suggestions along the way and even went above and beyond by letting us borrow some of her decor, which added a special touch to our day. On the wedding day itself, we didn’t have to worry about a thing—she had everything handled flawlessly.

We hired Elsa as our day-of wedding coordinator and couldn't be happier with our experience! She was a wonderful resource throughout the planning process - providing advice leading up to the wedding, organizing a thorough day-of schedule, and even bringing extra decor (e.g., card basket, candles) when we didn't have it ourselves. Elsa is an incredible planner -- friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and with endless great advice! Our venue had an on-site coordinator but we also hired Elsa to do a walkthrough with us and help plan some design elements including signage, menus, and a seating chart. She gave us so many amazing tips during the walkthrough, did an incredible job with the design items and rentals, and really helped to make sure all the details were perfect. In hindsight, the only change I would have made is hiring Elsa to do more of the planning and coordination! You will be very lucky to work with her!!

Elsa did an incredible job of listening to what we wanted, and helping us make our dreams a reality. We hired her for day-of coordination, as well as some a-la-cart support (an feature of her business we loved) and we couldn’t have been happier with both the process and results. It truly felt like she was on our family’s “team” through the whole wedding planning process, from the first phone call to (and through) the wedding day. She listened to exactly what we wanted, understood our non traditional/relaxed vibe, and gave incredible advice at every stage of the process to make our visions a reality. We booked her for her week-of package, but as questions came up along the way (and so many did!) she was great in steering us in the right direction and giving us invaluable insider knowledge to help us streamline our event and tailor it to our venue's specifications (Campovida in Hopland, CA).
Elsa is a straight shooter and never loses her cool, which is an absolute godsend during an inevitably hectic event. She will be a calming force of organized precision, perfectly juggling every piece of your day seemingly without ever being phased (and even calmly helping your flower girl when she dumps her basket of petals moments before walking down the aisle). I was a particularly anxious bride leading up to our wedding weekend, but as soon as Friday evening came, Elsa and her team absorbed all of that energy and made me feel completely at ease.

Elsa and Karin and the team were fantastic. When I booked Elsa talked to me in detail about exactly what I wanted and created a package that fit my price. We worked mostly with Karin as our day of coordinator, who was lovely and responsive through the whole process of creating a timeline, etc.
What is really most notable is that on the day of the wedding, Karin had to deal with a serious, wholly unexpected personal emergency. Elsa called me at 7am that day, and told me that everything would be taken care of. I had had such good experience with them thus far so I didn't feel worried at all. Even though I had only contracted them for 1 or 2 people at my wedding venue, as a result of this emergency, I had two people at my venue doing set up, AND Elsa and her colleague also came to the church to support the ceremony. What's more, Karin handled her emergency and STILL came to help get everything rolling at the venue - even though she really didn't need to. WOW! What dedication. There were a few design choices about the table set up that I wasn't particularly detailed on. I'm not particularly good at that, and so I told Karin and the team that I trusted their judgement. Not only did it look beautiful, but some of the choices they made really fit into the whole look of the wedding. They really listened and were really there for us the whole day. They should be your first choice!

Elsa was very responsive and professional throughout the process. Although she was providing my "day of" coordination, she really was so much more than that: meeting with me to review details and giving me suggestions, provide referrals for vendors I was missing, constantly communicating by email as needed. She really helped make our day as stress-free as possible and checked in with us constantly to make sure we had what we needed and kept things moving as best we could according to our timeline for the day even given some delays from another vendor. She also delivered all of our things back to our house after the event and picked up our flowers the next day to be donated and repurposed a local assisted living facility, which was great! All in all, Elsa was fantastic to work with and I'd definitely recommend her to others looking for a great event planner.

We hired Elsa as a "week of" planner. But she was so much more than that. She recommended vendors, reviewed contracts, and answered questions for the entire planning process. She was always available to answer questions and met with us on-site on 3 occasions. Elsa offered helpful advise in the planning of the rehearsal dinner that we held at our home. She went way beyond our expectations. And she kept everyone organized, focused and calm the day of.

I found Elsa to be very accommodating and thorough. She was loved by all other vendors and they referred to her as the A team. Every time our other vendors discovered we were working with Elsa they instantly knew that everything was going to work out perfectly. She is very well respected and admired in her industry. I truly feel that her connections and vendor relationships saved us money, and provided us with the best wedding experience. I would highly recommend her to any couple looking to have the best wedding experience ever.

Elsa is the best wedding planner that I could've ever asked for. When I was interviewing planners, she spent an hour on the phone with me giving me ideas, recommendations of vendors, etc before I had even hired her. I could tell she was very passionate and knowledgable in the wedding planning industry. She came to my parents house to meet my family and gave many suggestions on how things could work versus couldn't, suggestions on ways to save money yet have the most beautiful wedding. I was able to call, text or email Elsa and she was very responsive to all of my questions/concerns. She was extremely professional and everything was great! I highly recommend her!
