Do yourself a giant favor and hire Don for your catering needs. Not only is his customer service 10/10, his food is something you are dreaming about right now. This guy makes his own cheeses and fancy finishing salts, can whip out dozens of pizzas (using said home-made cheeses) in minutes times, and will make your tastebuds feel like they are having a personal food party – because they are. Don catered our wedding and his prices were very reasonable and the quality of all the food, according to me and my 100+ guests, was *chef’s kiss*

From the moment I first exchanged emails then spoke with Don, I knew he was the one. No doubt! When he first described the menu options, my mouth watered. I knew this was a guy that was pursuing his passion and doing it his way! We went and had a free date night getting to know him and tasting all his creations. The day of our wedding, he did not disappoint. He delivered on every promise and everything went as he said. He even shucked our oysters for a small fee. I highly recommend anyone try him, but most importantly enjoy the experience with him. He is a lovely person and I will never forget him and how well he took care of all of us. Their attention to detail, taste, presentation, professionalism and commitment is PURE PERFECTION! It was beyond a pleasure to work with Stacy and Don for my wedding catering. They hosted us for a tasting of all the course choices and blew us away! They had rentals at hand, staff and amazing meals and desserts! Everything was delicious and perfect at the wedding I couldn't of been more pleased! Our guests ranted and raved about how good EVERYTHING was! Stacy, is the best! She was like a second coordinator making sure everything was handled and was so easy to work with answer all questions and emails right away! If you don't hire them, you're missing out because they ARE THE BEST! Any event we have we know who we will be contacting!!!!

We cannot say enough about Don and Stacy and the service they provided - it was excellent! We hired Don and Stacy to cater a private event (anniversary/celebration party) we held in Windsor, CA. Although we came from Southern California, Don and Stacy made everything very easy and stress free. They were incredibly customer service focused, they had great suggestions to meet our needs and they were very responsive via email and phone. They understood what we were going for and helped to suggest an incredible menu and worked with us to ensure the tables, linens and flatware looked just as we wanted - including selecting copper flatware to match the chargers we choose to complete the look. Leading up to the event, they worked to ensure that everything was on point to what we envisioned (table set up, buffet set up, etc.) and delivered every detail beautifully for the actual event. The food was INCREDIBLE - our guests could not stop raving about everything from the passed appetizers to the luxurious buffet and desserts. Not only was the food amazingly delicious, the presentation of every single thing was top notch. During the event, Stacy directed a great team with ease and ensured that every guest had what they needed and was always two steps ahead in anticipating what they might need! You can tell they have a love for what they do and how they do it -- it certainly showed throughout our event. Don and Stacy and their team exceeded all our expectations and made our event a huge success. I highly recommend them - you won't be disappointed. They go the extra mile to ensure you have amazing food and incredible presentation.

Don and Stacy and their team catered our wedding and we could not be happier. From the beginning, they were super helpful and responsive to all of our questions. They were laid back and professional, which is an amazing combination. They helped us think through some of the logistics for the day and even did a site visit beforehand to ensure everything would run smoothly on the wedding day. Overall they were a delight to work with.

On top of all that, the food was delicious and it didn't break the bank. I can't tell you how many compliments we got on the food (a custom taco bar). Some people said it was the best wedding meal they have ever had (and our friends aren't the kind of people who say things just to be nice). I highly, highly recommend their services for your next event!

WIne Country Artisans did a fantastic job preparing and serving wonderful food comparable to a five star restaurant. Our event was an outdoor wedding rehearsal dinner for 120 guests. They made use of an on-premise wood fired pizza oven to prepare multiple varieties of appetizers and brought in their equipment to create delicious entrees. They even conducted a mozzarella/burrata making demonstration. The event concluded with the serving of fantastic gelato and coffee. Don,Stacy and staff were very professional and executed a flawless event.

Don & Stacy are amazing professionals, chefs, organizers and humans! We got married in a remote wedding venue and Don & Stacy pulled off the impossible by keeping 120 people fed, happy and raving about the food! Working with them was the least stressful part of wedding planning - every interaction was a joy and they were unbelievably thoughtful throughout - offering little touches to make the wedding feel even more special. It is hard to express how emphatically I recommend this team! If you are considering hiring them for a wedding or special event, do it! If you ask them for references, I hope they'll send you in my direction.

Chef Don and Stace were such gems to work with! They go way above and beyond of what is expected. Always available to answer questions, and Stace was great on making sure I had everything ordered and taken care of. Dons food and display are exquisite and mouth watering.
