everyone at Lilly's was so helpful! I found the dress I'd been dreaming of in the first visit! everything ran so smoothly, they were so accomodating with a payment schedule, and scheduling fittings around my work schedule.

I purchased shoes a few weeks before my wedding but was assured they would be in within 2 days, I ended up calling a week later and was told they would be in that afternoon and I would receiving a phone call as soon as they were in.. I never received a phone call so the day before my wedding I called as soon as they opened and, luckily, was told they were in. It was a little nerve wracking the day before my wedding but it worked out and the shoes were lovely.
