The Amici’s team was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding! From the very beginning, they were professional, organized, and a pleasure to collaborate with—especially Cassie, who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We chose the gold plated dinner, and it exceeded our expectations. So many of our guests complimented both the quality of the food and how attentive and friendly the servers were throughout the evening. The hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour were a huge hit and really elevated the overall atmosphere of the event. Everything felt thoughtful, well-executed, and delicious. We highly recommend the team at Amici’s for any wedding or special event!

Working with Riana and her team at Saltblock as a wedding planner was an absolute dream!! Their communication was extremely prompt throughout the entire planning process which allowed our bride to remain stress free! On the day of their team made sure everything ran smoothly and they were extremely organized from the moment they arrived to set up. Everything was prepared and displayed exactly on time. The catering staff and the bartending staff were so kind and always had a smile on their face. The attention to detail from this team was amazing, they had to-go food ready for the bride and groom before I got the chance to ask them for it & if at any point our team went to the bar to grab the bride and groom a drink they were very quick and attentive! Simply Gourmet absolutely exceeded every expectation we had for our wedding. Not only was the food phenomenal, but their team played a huge role in making our entire reception run smoothly, especially during a last-minute room flip due to unexpected weather. They worked seamlessly alongside our planner to transition the space, and everything was executed beautifully and efficiently. The cocktail hour was truly next level. There was such an abundance of food, and our guests are still talking about it. Every station was incredible, but the raw bar complete with a stunning ice sculpture was a show-stopping focal point. It elevated the entire atmosphere and made cocktail hour feel luxurious and unforgettable. Dinner was just as impressive. We had multiple guests tell us that the steak was better than what they’ve had at high-end steakhouses, which says everything about the quality. Everything was cooked perfectly and beautifully presented. And we have to mention the bar!! The bartenders were so friendly, professional, and genuinely fun. They made fantastic drinks, we were pleasantly shocked at how good everything tasted. The Aperol spritz tower was not only delicious but made for such an amazing photo opportunity and added such a fun, celebratory vibe to the night. Simply Gourmet delivered in every way: incredible food, flawless service, and a team that rose to the occasion under pressure. We are so grateful they were part of our wedding day and cannot recommend them enough.

Our guests are still talking about the food! Being a French-inspired, wood-fired kitchen, the flavors were incredibly elevated compared to standard 'wedding food.' From the start of cocktail hour with appetizers like wood-fired pizzas, mini burgers, and mussels, to the main course of beef bourguignon and shrimp pasta, everything was a massive hit. Not only was the presentation beautiful, but you can actually taste the passion the owners have for cooking! Even the dessert was top-notch. Planning was a breeze. The team was professional and attentive to our timeline, handling the setup and service seamlessly. Even with the unique logistics of their vintage Citroën food truck, they were fast and efficient, ensuring no one was left waiting in long lines. They managed to feed everyone throughout the whole reception, and we even had plenty of leftovers to enjoy for days! As a family-run business, they truly care. They went above and beyond to accommodate our gluten-free guests and made us feel like their only priority. They even surprised us with a special plate of desserts delivered right to our sweetheart table! We might have to get married all over again just for the catering. Claudie’s didn't just feed our guests; they provided an unforgettable culinary spectacle. 10/10 would recommend!

EXCEPTIONAL! No need to look any further for your catering needs. ⭐️ We hired Catering by Robert / Event Concepts for our 85-person wedding at a private home, and they exceeded every expectation. Multiple guests, including those who work in food & beverage and events, raved about both the team and the food. The staff worked efficiently, thoughtfully, and professionally, and even seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing. There’s a wonderful mom-and-pop feel to the company—warm, personal, and attentive—paired with truly high-quality, professional service. We were impressed by the wide range of menu options and chose a Caribbean-inspired menu, which was a huge hit. The paella “action station” was a standout. Freshly cooked on-site in a massive wok, absolutely delicious, and a beautiful, photogenic centerpiece. We also used their bar service, which allowed us to supply our own alcohol while they provided everything else: bartender, cups, garnishes, ice, and mixers. It made the process so easy. Susan, the owner, was incredible—attentive, patient, personable, communicative, creative, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond, even providing linens, table décor, and napkins (including the perfect orange accent we wanted!) at no additional cost. She met with us at the venue beforehand and held an in-person design meeting to help bring everything together. The complimentary group tasting was another highlight. It gave us the chance to try menu items and meet their fantastic team ahead of time. The cherry on top is that the pricing for everything they provided was incredibly reasonable. Highly, highly recommend!

Maria was amazing, she helped me put the catering order together & recommended the perfect amounts of each dish for my event. She helped us set up & was as sweet as can be. Our guests raved about the food! It was reasonably priced for such high quality..highly recommend!

We used Embellished catering for a rehearsal dinner recently in Tampa. They are extremely organized and offer a huge variety of food. Every last thing we chose was delicious and fresh. The charcuterie board was amazing - with fresh fruit and cheeses. They set everything up and made the area look beautiful. They cleaned up (leaving the area cleaner than when they arrived!) and removed all their garbage. I really was able to enjoy the party as they literally took care of everything. I thought the price was very fair for the high quality food and service. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

The catering for my daughter’s wedding exceeded all expectations. The food was amazing fresh, flavorful, and enjoyed by all of our guests. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. They were so helpful, patient, and extremely kind, even during busy moments. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the day feel seamless and stress-free. Working with Jill and The Wandering Whale was such an amazing experience. From the start communication was great and I was super grateful to not have to worry about anything other than choosing our bar options. We used this service for our rehearsal dinner. Jill showed up early in the day to get everything setup (which might I add the bar setup was BEAUTIFUL). Later in the night the bartender arrived early and took care of everything, she was so pleasant and made the whole experience great. I highly recommend using The Wandering Whale for any event!

Lynn’s team provided excellent food and food/ bar service. They also helped us with full set up service For tables, chairs, piping/ curtains. Lynn was on site overseeing operations and was attentive to wedding party all evening, including clean up. Awesome results. I highly recommend Lynn and her crew.
