Top notch!!!! Sometimes it’s hard to find excellent service, quality food, and budget friendly...but Essential Catering has met all my expectations plus more. She has a whole team of vendors, so any and everything you need for your wedding, celebration, or gathering she can provide you with unlimited services. I have to brag about her food, the food is so delicious. She can do everything! I’m so happy that I found Essential Catering.

Could not have had a better vendor for my daughters wedding! They were professional, well organized, and such a great company to work with. I found them from attending a wedding of a friend's daughter. They had so many food choices that were amazing, the staff was friendly, and seemed to like each other. Every request was met with a smile, and they were so easy to work with!

So far my experience has been great. We gave very short notice and they were available for Video and Photo of my wedding. It was subcontracted out. The sub King Allen Marketing (Walter) answered all my questions and made it very clear he wanted to make us happy and work with us.

Dorcus has been wonderful! Especially with this virus going around. Essentials has made me and my family feel comfortable while we did our tasting and the food was amazing! We cannot wait until our wedding day!

Working with Dorcas and her team has been a blessing. From the moment I met her, she became a great partner for our nonprofit, the Compassionate Hearts UNITED Foundation, Inc. She not only donated food for a group of homeless children that we were supporting, but she has also donated her time and expertise while preparing delicious food for families in need in the Polk County area. We are so happy to have her not only as a partner, but also as a friend. As we always say... it is people like Dorcas and her team who make our mission a complete success.

Dorcas and her team were great to work with! She was patient as I built my food order, swapping out one item for another to meet our needs and our budget. The food was delicious! It was beautifully displayed and guests were impressed.

Lastly, she is a delight in person and so gracious!

I ended up choosing another vendor because of the proximity to my event but essential catering was very responsive and promptly sent me a list of options and pricing, she was also very nice to talk to and discuss my wedding :)

I loved working with Dorcas. She's an amazing woman and very helpful. Although we were unfortunately not able to put use to her services, but in the future this will definitely the place I'll go to.

Dorcas and her team are extremely professional, responsive, kind, and just wonderful people in general. Together we Figured out the menu that was perfect and just what me and my husband had in mind. All of my guest absolutely loved the food, and not only did it taste great, but the service at the wedding was incredible. All of my older guests were taken care of and served everybody had everything they needed, and it was set up beautifully. I highly highly recommend this catering company for any of your needs!!
