Frescos was such a pleasure to work with and most importantly, their food was delicious! So many of our guests said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding and I absolutely agree. Shannon was so easy to communicate with and made everything very easy for us. They personalized everything so that we were able to get exactly what we wanted. For example, instead of salads, we had chips and salsa. Instead of having a wedding cake, we had a bunch of cannolis. Great call by the way. Frescos was the best and we will forever be grateful!

We received so many compliments on our hors d'oeuvres and dinner at our wedding reception. It was delicious and your service was amazing! Tricia was always so responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. I'd highly recommend using them as a vendor. Thank you for all your hard work!

Could not have had a better vendor for my daughters wedding! They were professional, well organized, and such a great company to work with. I found them from attending a wedding of a friend's daughter. They had so many food choices that were amazing, the staff was friendly, and seemed to like each other. Every request was met with a smile, and they were so easy to work with!

We had Mission BBQ cater our wedding rehearsal dinner on 11/15/24, and the experience was amazing! The food was delicious, and the guests raved about both the food and the friendly, attentive service. We greatly appreciated the complimentary tasting that allowed us to sample the menu and select the best options for our event. We also greatly appreciated the care that they took to accommodate our guests with allergies (tree nuts, celiac) and other dietary restrictions. We already loved Mission BBQ for both their food and the “mission,” but having them for our rehearsal dinner was truly a special experience. We highly recommend their catering!!

Food was excellent, had a ton of compliments on how delicious everything was. The staff was professional and accommodating. Very easy to work with. Would highly recommend Lakeland BBQ for your next event.

I don’t even know where to start. Let’s just say our expectations were blown away! My now husband and I have been around the globe and share a deep love for great food. We had a vision of refined global comfort foods for our reception of 75 guests. Well Chef Ken is the Head Chef at Plates On Deck which is Home of eclectic soul food and immediately he understood the assignment! I have never had a conversation where I was asked so many questions that were all geared to bringing my vision to life. He was patient kind and compassionate. Oh and did I mention that every dish was packed full of flavor. Absolute perfection. My mother, who is the kitchen queen of my family asked Chef Ken to come back to Arizona with her so she can hang up her apron. Every item on our buffet was thoughtfully curated to highlight moments from our travels. All I can say is thank you Chef Ken and Plates On Deck. You truly made our wedding day a dream come true.
