Station House BBQ Catering was built on service, heart, and a deep love for bringing people together. Founded by husband-and-wife team Anthony and Allison Fonseca, our story blends a firefighter’s dedication with a teacher’s care and that spirit is present in every wedding we serve.
What began in a firehouse kitchen and a converted fire truck has grown into one of Tampa Bay’s most trusted wedding catering teams. While we are known for our slow-smoked barbecue including our 14-hour Texas-style brisket and tender, smoke-kissed ribs, our menus go far beyond what couples expect from a traditional BBQ caterer. From elevated sides to crowd-favorite Cubanitos that consistently surprise guests, our food is designed to feel indulgent, memorable, and thoughtfully crafted.
