Lemus Photography was awesome. I am so happy with my photos. Jorge and Amy Lemus are not only very talented photographers, but they are extremely professional and flexible as well.

When I was planning my wedding, we were on a tight budget. Jorge and Amy were recommended by my venue, but I had the unfortunate experience to call other photographers first.

Those other photographers had strict packages that they would not alter to work with my budget. Also, several of them had "preset" photo lists based on my venue that they would not vary from. (In other words, if I wanted a picture that was not on their list, they would not take it!)

I even had one photographer who wanted the job so bad that he even called me back twice after our initial phone call. But, he would not change his price and he insisted on sitting down and eating dinner with us at the reception.

When I called Lemus Photography, everything was different. Amy was easy to work with and very down to earth. They were willing to work within my budget, and they even offered to bring their own lunch and dinner if it was easier for me.

Amy told me to e-mail her a list of the photos I wanted, and I was thrilled to see that on my wedding day, Jorge and Amy were hitting every photo on my list. On top of that, they came up with their own great ideas which turned into some of my favorite photos.

At one point, we were photos outside of the church, and Jorge even laid down a handkerchief for me so that my train didn't have to touch some dirt on the ground!

Throughout the whole process, Lemus Photography staid in touch with me. Amy was always there with a quick e-mail reply, and after they wedding, she sent me regular e-mails on the status of my photos.

My pictures are beautiful - in fact - I cannot stop showing them to people, and I have submitted a few to wedding magazines. (Yes, in my opinion, I think the pictures are that good!)

There is not one bad picture in the bunch, and we have ordered several extra prints from Lemus.

I cannot recommend Lemus Photography highly enough. Jorge and Amy - thank you so much for making my wedding day "picture perfect." ;o)

Jorge and Amy Lemus did an amazingly good job capturing our wedding day moments. We could not have been more impressed with the pictures we received. They are beautiful, artistic, and captured every special moment.

We looked into many possible photographers, and Lemus Photography can't be beat in terms of quality and cost. Additionally, they really went above and beyond to ensure we were thrilled. They arrived earlier than the contract required, stayed later, the assistant photographer stayed the entire day to capture all those extra shots at no extra charge (an extra 4 hours!), and they put a mini-gallery of highlights online for us even though it wasn't part of our package. Wow!

I think you have a special edge over other photographers if you hire Jorge Lemus. He has shot many weddings but also does professional sports and news photojournalism. The sports experience must have paid off since he captured those split-second moments you really have to be ready for and some may miss, like the bouquet in mid-air or the momentary precious look of joy or surprise on someone's face.

We were on a budget, so we decided to not get a photobook, but even the less expensive of Lemus' packages includes a nice box filled with printed photos in addition to the DVDs of high-quality enhanced photos. It's a really nice touch for people who are on a tight budget.

Additionally, Amy ensures that you get answers to any questions immediately. Email response time was lightning fast, and both Jorge and Amy were amazingly accommodating. I'd given them a list of shots I wanted to make sure they got before the wedding, and I noticed on the day of that Amy had them all on a check list and ensured that in addition to the hundreds of wonderful spontaneous shots, we got every one we'd requested (often in multiple angles and styles!), and they were wonderful.

Finally, they do a marvelous job editing the photos afterwards to add some lovely artistic touches to enhance the already wonderful images they've captured. They clearly know what they are doing and do their job well.

Really, what more could you want? Jorge and Amy will not disappoint you - rather, they will go above and beyond your expectations. I will admit that when we first met them to decide which photographers to hire, Jorge was a bit quiet and that put my dad off a bit, wondering if he would have what it takes to get people posed right and such, but on the day of we all agreed Amy & Jorge were 100% ready for all the necessary posing and also all the behind the scenes photojournalistic shots - and all turned out so well. My dad just sent an email saying "I am so IMPRESSED!!" now that he's seen the photos. And we are in total agreement!

So don't hesitate! I could not have been more pleased and highly recommend Lemus Photography. They will get a lovely shot of ever posed photo you desired and also will capture hundreds of amazing behind the scenes and photojournalistic style pictures as well.
