Perfect Wedding Weekend

We were looking for a beautiful venue with amazing food and no hassles. We could not have made a better choice than L’Auberge Provencale. Celeste and her team handled everything flawlessly and my husband and I were able to simply enjoy our time with our family. I was not a fan of many of the aspects of wedding planning, but it was so easy and stress-free with L’Auberge Provencale. We had a very small wedding, so everyone stayed on site. We were able to have amazing breakfasts together each morning, and just spend time together. The ceremony turned out beautifully and the food was really, really wonderful. The cake was literally a work of art and tasted delicious. L’Auberge Provencale was extremely accommodating. There were so many small touches they helped us out with that really made us feel celebratory. This year has been quite the whirlwind, so I feel bad I’m just getting to this review, but it really couldn’t have been more perfect for us.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding day at L'Auberge and it was truly magical. Celeste and her staff were prompt, professional, and extremely hard-working from the planning process to the big day. We had a Saturday morning brunch wedding, and everything was perfect. From the breathtaking grounds, the immaculate rooms, and delicious cuisine... all of our guests were in awe. I can't thank you all enough for making our wedding such a day to remember!

Celeste and all of the staff at L'Auberge made us feel like honored guests and long lost friends. What a beautiful place to get married! The only thing better then the food was the hospitality. My flowers were out of this world! Everything was superb.... welcomed with strawberries and champagne by the fire, private wine tour, had a couples massage, they even served us dinner in our room! Celeste made planing our wedding weekend completely stress free and more fun then I ever expected. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at L'Auberge, I can't wait for our anniversary to come back and bring the family!

Finding L'Auberge Provencale in the Virginia countryside is like discovering a gem you will want to tell everyone about. Nestled in a beautiful setting, the long-time owners of this beautiful facility have carefully and meticulously improved it every year to where it is now quietly spectacular. Private, cultivated, with attention to every detail, you simply cannot go wrong at L'Auberge Provencale. You will immediately feel at home, and - surprisingly - there are plenty of things to do, if you don't want to just relax and unwind. The food is excellent - you will NOT have eaten a better meal anywhere in your life. Celeste, who owns it with her husband who is the chef, has transplanted a lot of the French culture, detail, food and experience to the Virginia countryside. The outdoor garden location for the wedding is incredibly picturesque, with countryside fields as a backdrop, and there is a beautiful, well-windowed room for inclement weather. The outdoor patio, the cozy bar area, and parlor areas and the dining areas are as good as you will find in the French countryside. Don't miss this one. I drive over an hour to get here to officiate weddings, and I would drive further for this wonderful experience. A prize at the end of the rainbow. Don't miss it!
