Lana is and will always be a part of my beautiful wedding experience. She is detailed oriented, prompt, organized, helpful, generous with her time and ideas, and most importantly so kind, loving, and patient.

Lana was my sister’s coordinator in January and me and my family loved her so much she coordinated my wedding 2 months after in March! To say the least, 2019 was a crazy busy year for me and I couldn’t have survived the first quarter of the year without Lana.

I’m fairly experienced with wedding planning and I always thought I didn’t need one...until I met Lana. She is more than just a coordinator - she instantly makes you feel cared for and listened to. She is a friend and confidant that you absolutely didn’t know you needed.

The most special experience I shared with Lana is that we prayed for each other during my wedding planning journey. It can get stressful at times and both me and my husband just got promotions so our daily lives were extremely hectic. Lana understood my pressures and delayed email responses and embraced with me love and prayers. I will always feel so blessed and thankful to Lana and her heart so being the perfect wedding coordinator for me.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Lana Meadows for a few years. When I got engaged there was no question in my mind who I would ask to help me during the process of planning the wedding and to oversee our day of coordination. Lana helped us look at the big picture and plan for things that we didn't anticipate. Our Wedding had multiple hiccups that seemed completely obsolete with Lana there to assist. Our Wedding ceremony was nothing short of perfect and the timing went off without a hitch, thanks to Lana and her team.

When I first started to plan my wedding I had no idea where to start. Hiring Lana and her team was the best decision ever. She guided me through every process and asked me questions I never even thought about!! When it was the day of the wedding I was not nervous that things wouldn't* be perfect. As requested, I told Lana she can text me updates on how the set up was going and it was awesome! The day was stress free, my husband and I didn't worry about a thing, timeline was perfect and my guests had a blast!!

Lana was an absolutely amazing coordinator! She has a lot of experience in this industry and has all the possible preparations to make sure your wedding goes perfectly.

In the months prior to the wedding, she helped us set goals and checklists for things we had to do to prepare. There's definitely a lot to do as a couple to get ready for the big day, so her task lists helped us immensely.

She handled communications with all the vendors and kept all our vendor information organized so that nothing got lost in the shuffle.

The day of the wedding, she made sure everything went smoothly. She had a play by play for all the vendors and events throughout the night and there were no hiccups!

Overall, we highly highly recommend Lana! Could not imagine a better coordinator! Really professional, organized, and friendly.

Our wedding day was perfect because of Lana and her expert team. Lana handles the entire process down to exact minutes of your ceremony. She coordinated all of our vendors and curated the entire vision of our wedding down to simple tasks lists we easily completed without stress. Day of Lana moved the events along seamlessly and managed the other vendors into their places so everything flowed without confusion. She is so organized and on top of things and she really knows how to make a wedding run smoothly and how to make it enjoyable for your guests. I really enjoyed being able to bounce ideas off of her during the planning process and found her knowledge, checklists, and diagrams to be invaluable as we were planning our day. She’s also a caring and pleasant person to work with, beautiful inside and out! You will not regret using Lana Meadows Events as part of your wedding. In fact, it may be the most valuable thing you spend money on that day! I know it was for us!

Lana was amazing! She was easy to work with and very flexible, willing to work with you to make a contract that best fits your needs. Getting a wedding planner, and more importantly using Lana Meadows Events, was the smartest thing we could've done. We had Lana from the very beginning and she assisted us finding good quality vendors, however if you feel like you don't need that, I would highly recommend using her for your day-of coordinating at a minimum. Lana and her team of assistants were a lifesaver on the Wedding day set-up. As with any big event, there will be hiccups and little mishaps, but Lana and her team were there prepared and were able to keep a calm atmosphere that reassured other family members helping out. As a bride, I actually got to enjoy my wedding and not stress or worry about the set-up or timeline of events since that was all taken care of and hashed out beforehand with Lana. I honestly couldn't have dreamed for a smoother Wedding day and a huge part of that success was due to Lana and her team!
