We had our wedding at the North Carolina Aquarium, and DJ Lady J was amazing to work with. She helped bring our dream music to life for our outdoor ceremony on the pier, then seamlessly transitioned everything, quickly moving equipment and having things pre-set so we could enjoy music during cocktail hour inside the aquarium while the dance floor was being set up in the jellyfish room.

She worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, and it did not go unnoticed. She and her partner even managed to get some of my more reluctant, non-dancing family members out on the dance floor, which was such a fun surprise!

Throughout the planning process, she was easy to communicate with, responsive, and always willing to answer questions and problem-solve when needed. We truly appreciated the care, effort, and energy her and her partner put into making our wedding day so special.

Our wedding was one day prior to a tropical storm! This vendor had us rockin into the wind! They absolutely make the experience personable & play your every request! They kept the party going & had many of my guests busting a move the entire night! If you need a DJ in the Outer Banks- it was hard to find one that was more local! DJ Lady J and her husband George were in the perfect location & they felt like family the moment they entered the party! We spent under 1k for 4.5 hrs of amazing tunes & entertainment! These two were the highlight of our wedding reception! On top of being extremely flexible and responding quickly before the wedding, they couldn't have done a better job day of. They played the ceremony songs exactly as requested. During the cocktail hour they catered to the mood. During the reception they kept the dance floor jumping!
