Loblolly Estate Wedding Venue is a unique venue conveniently located between the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and Southeast Virginia. The Estate is nestled on 31 extremely private acres. The tranquil views of the Currituck Sound coupled with its quiet surroundings make for a very intimate ceremony, After the ceremony treat your guests to a comfortable Cocktail Hour with games and a delicious charcuterie table. Slide open the doors and watch your friends and family enter into The Wescott Barn. Listen as they gasp when they see the chandeliers light up the all white walls. Facilities and Capacity
Surrounded by a large manicured grounds, Loblolly Estate Event and Wedding Venue is an ideal location for outdoor celebrations. The 31 acres offer both a great open area with the privacy of rustic wooden fences and lush soaring pines. The estate grounds, pond, large pastures, rustic fences, and magnolia trees are perfect for your wedding pictures. Inside the manor house, the wedding party can feel transported to the 1800s with colonial style architecture and decor. The stunning home also features one of the most amazing bridal suites on the east coast. The new groom's bungalow is a totally private and fun place for the men to relax, watch tv, and dress for the wedding. Both dressing rooms includes a private porch to overlook the venue's charm and beauty. In addition to these spaces, the new barn is perfect for your reception. With room for beautiful decor and dancing. The barn has breathtakingly beautiful nuetral white walls and shimmering chandeliers. The Wescott Barn can accommodate 150 guests having a buffet style meal and even more with a plated meal. Rent a tent and have all the friends and family you can imagine.
Services Offered
The estate provides 150 elegant resin white chairs and 150 Chiavari chairs. We also provide 6 farm tables, 32 folding tables, and a sweetheart table for the reception. We have an arbor and firepit, We transport guests that need help with our golfcart. We have parking attendants, venue staff, and for our full service packages include a week of coordinator. You can have a hands on DIY wedding or choose an All-Inclusive Package.

I have been married for a few months now and still can’t find the perfect words to describe the perfection of Loblolly Estate.The moment I stepped foot on the property I was blown away . Every square inch of Loblolly is saturated in exquisite beauty and tip top class. To me, it’s one of Gods masterpieces….the beautiful magnolia tree, the natural greenery , the peaceful water ….the list goes on .There are so many options on the property for a ceremony spot, no matter your wedding style it can happen at Loblolly Estate. The bridal suite is absolutely gorgeous! There is so much space for you and your girls to spend the day being pampered. Right off the bridal suite , there’s an incredible porch with a magnificent view. Perfect for those getting ready pictures. The guys had a great spot as well, perfectly hidden from the bride.. so no peaking 😉. If you’re into a first look ,I recommend the porch on the first level .The lattice with wispy greenery spilling over is so romantic. When it comes to the reception, you won’t be able to take your eyes off the gorgeous chandeliers in the brand new barn .The space was the perfect pallet to make all my blue and white Chinoiserie dreams comes true ! The icing on the cake is the incredible owners . Renee and Gavin are without a doubt the kindest people on earth . During the planning process , we looked forward to seeing or simply chatting on the phone with them.It was like going over your favorite family members house . In each step of planning, I can truly say they went above and beyond to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams.Our friends and family still sing Loblolly’s praises . Everyone was welcomed with true hospitality. Along with providing us the perfect venue , we felt the joy from Renee and Gavin, like they were celebrating our marriage alongside us. Their hearts are truly invested in this venue and it shows. My husband and I are filled with overwhelming gratitude to Loblolly ! The owners and venue will forever hold a permanent spot in our hearts
