They were thoughtful, organized, and incredibly thorough—taking the time to get to know us through their detailed questionnaire and ensuring every part of our day felt personal and intentional. They also did a wonderful job enforcing boundaries in a kind, professional way so we could fully enjoy the day without stress.

Renee and Gavin were such kind hosts! The venue is beautiful, with a bridal suite to get ready in, and a new groomsman bungalow, which the boys absolutely loved. They did everything to ensure that my husband and I had an unforgettable day and are continually making updates to make your wedding dream come to life. Renee was so kind and responsive during the planning, and was just a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Loblolly Estate again and again!

Loblolly Estate was a perfect spot to get married! Its natural beauty made it so easy on me when it came to decorating which was a big stress off my plate. You can tell the owners take pride in their venue to keep it looking beautiful! The bridal suit was a perfect spot to get ready and the staircase made for the most beautiful pictures. I can’t recommend loblolly estarse enough!

Because it was forecasted to thunderstorm in the Outer Banks on the weekend of my planned proposal, I contacted LobLolly Estates as a option for an indoor proposal. I contacted them on extremely short notice, but we were luckily able to carve out a few hours when the estate would be available. Renee was extremely easy to work with, she and her daughter made every effort to accommodate our needs and make the moment beautiful and romantic. Despite knowing I had very few options, they kept pricing very reasonable. The house and surrounding area is gorgeous, and I cannot recommend this venue enough.

I have been married for a few months now and still can’t find the perfect words to describe the perfection of Loblolly Estate.The moment I stepped foot on the property I was blown away . Every square inch of Loblolly is saturated in exquisite beauty and tip top class. To me, it’s one of Gods masterpieces….the beautiful magnolia tree, the natural greenery , the peaceful water ….the list goes on .There are so many options on the property for a ceremony spot, no matter your wedding style it can happen at Loblolly Estate. The bridal suite is absolutely gorgeous! There is so much space for you and your girls to spend the day being pampered. Right off the bridal suite , there’s an incredible porch with a magnificent view. Perfect for those getting ready pictures. The guys had a great spot as well, perfectly hidden from the bride.. so no peaking 😉. If you’re into a first look ,I recommend the porch on the first level .The lattice with wispy greenery spilling over is so romantic. When it comes to the reception, you won’t be able to take your eyes off the gorgeous chandeliers in the brand new barn .The space was the perfect pallet to make all my blue and white Chinoiserie dreams comes true ! The icing on the cake is the incredible owners . Renee and Gavin are without a doubt the kindest people on earth . During the planning process , we looked forward to seeing or simply chatting on the phone with them.It was like going over your favorite family members house . In each step of planning, I can truly say they went above and beyond to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams.Our friends and family still sing Loblolly’s praises . Everyone was welcomed with true hospitality. Along with providing us the perfect venue , we felt the joy from Renee and Gavin, like they were celebrating our marriage alongside us. Their hearts are truly invested in this venue and it shows. My husband and I are filled with overwhelming gratitude to Loblolly ! The owners and venue will forever hold a permanent spot in our hearts
