It has been difficult to find the words to describe how wonderful Christy is. Not only during the day of our wedding, but for months and months before our big day, Christy was so helpful in guiding us throughout the process, and was truly interested in getting to know us as a couple.

On our wedding day, a stormed rolled in and everything had to be changed last minute - our original plan went out the window. Christy was truly a miracle-worker in getting everything rearranged, and our day could not have been more perfect. As both our celebrant and coordinator, she played the two biggest roles in our wedding, and executed them both flawlessly.

Christy was the wedding coordinator and officiant for my daughter's wedding on September 6, 2025. To say that Christy is exceptional is an understatement! She is phenomenal in her role! We had rainy weather set in unexpectedly at 2:00 for a 5:00 wedding and she pivoted seamless and kicked into another gear to transition to an indoor ceremony. Her energy, organization, leadership skills, grace-under-pressure, tact, and commitment to ensuring that the wedding was exactly what my daughter wanted was unstoppable - and the wedding turned out spectacular. Then after handling all of the set up, she transitioned herself into the officiant role by 5:00, and calm as if she'd been relaxing all afternoon, she delivered such a thoughtful and meaningful wedding program. She seamlessly wove the information that she obtained from my daughter and her fiancee into her comments in a way that showed that she truly got to know them and cared about them. She continued to execute on their plans all night to make sure that every detail of the reception was exactly what they wanted. It was amazing and I will be forever grateful to her. She is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this lady to truly capture how remarkable she is at her job.

To my fiancé and I to bring a sentimental & emotional feeling to our ceremony and we wanted our guests to feel and understand our love and WOW to Christy exceed our expectations. She was responsive the entire time working with her, had a very positive and just loving energy & really knows what she’s doing. She was great to work with from start to finish, attended our rehearsal to make sure things were seamless on the day of and provided ring exchange examples and vow samples to help us spark creativity with writing our vows. Her 6 questions she gave for each of us to answer before hand and then sharing our answers with each other on the day of- was incredible. I would recommend her to anyone getting married in VA!!

Christy became our SAVIOUR after a horrible experience with another officiant whom we had to let go. Christy was loving, kind, understanding, professional and she did our pre-written ceremomy so much justice! She isn't just LGBTQ friendly, she is accepting, excited and honored to work with all kinds of LGBTQ couples! She made our day so stress free- specifically because I could relax knowing she knew what she was doing! She worked so quickly with the court to get our paperwork submitted and I am incredibly grateful for her going above and beyond for us! She has an wonderfully calming presence and will elevate your ceremony to be exactly what you wanted! I can't speak highly enough about Christy! You will NOT be dissappointed!!

I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Christy! She takes the time to get to know you & your fiancé so it does not feel like a stranger is marrying you. You can tell how much she cares about your experience. She responds quickly to questions and works behind the scenes to ensure you have a stress free wedding day.
