Susan Turner and Vicki Turner, mother/daughter team, are interfaith ministers and court appointed Marriage Commissioners who welcome couples of all beliefs and genders to say "I do" in a ceremony tailored to them. Our experts have years of experience joining happy couples together. With our warm and welcoming approach and calm demeanor, we help create a relaxed environment where love can flourish. We are licensed to perform ceremonies throughout the Coastal areas of Virginia, including the entire Hampton Roads area, Williamsburg to Virginia Beach, and Suffolk to Yorktown....And Outerbanks, North Carolina

Each ceremony performed by the team at Wedding Officiants of Coastal Virginia is personalized to the couple of honor. To this end, you can incorporate whatever and whomever you wish into your celebration. Upon booking with us, you will also benefit from our extensive list of custom ceremony choices to ensure your experience is authentically personal. We welcome you to share your own vows, and we can help to perfect them when needed. A ceremony run-through or rehearsal is an available option to give you peace of mind that your milestone event will run according to plan on the big day. Our services include:
