During the design process, my husband and I wanted our wedding to celebrate our Chinese-American heritage, but also wanted it to feel elevated and unique. Diana turned this idea into a vision and a reality - she came up with using traditional Chinese landscape art (山水) as an inspiration that influenced our stationary (Chinese scrolls), our florals, and our decor. It was perfect!

Our wedding day also went absolutely PERFECTLY, but the true miracle is that as anxious as I am, I was never worried or stressed for even a second that day. Diana and her team managed literally every detail so well. We are so, so grateful we chose to work with Diana and her team - she made our wedding a dream come true!

Diana was an absolute pleasure to work with. Leading up to the wedding, Diana was always on top of it and it really showed on the night of the wedding. Everything went smoothly and we didn't have to think about ANYTHING besides having an amazing time. We are so thankful!

On our wedding day, Diana's team delivered in spades, splitting up to ensure our large group of friends and family members felt guided and taken care of and that we didn't have to worry about a single thing with our vendors. Kim, one of Diana's coordinators who we met on our wedding day, was incredibly attentive to us, from making sure we looked great for photos, physically guided us where we needed to be and ensured we had a cocktails in our hands at all times! We knew the instant we started the wedding planning process that we wanted a month-out coordinator, and to this day we tell everyone it was the best decision we made. The moment I first connected with Diana, I knew she was the coordinator for us. Frankly, I think I knew it already upon seeing her portfolio online, because I was looking for someone who could provide design and décor ideas, in addition to everything else. And from the beginning, Diana’s knowledge, professionalism, and warmth validated that she was the one we wanted to trust with making sure our day was everything we could hope for.

When first researching online who to work with for our wedding, I paid a lot of attention to the presentation of the business and working style, clarity of packages and pricing, and timeliness in response. Diana met all that I was looking for and then some. The information on her website is comprehensive, clear, and presented beautifully. There were no surprises from what I was able to learn online, to what we discussed in our 30-minute phone interview, to the final contract that we executed.

Diana created the entire wedding timeline after just two in-person sessions at the venue. She coordinated with all our vendors and took on all month-out communications, ensuring each deliverable from our contracts were met. Our venue’s day-of coordinator changed last-minute, and Diana was there to ensure a seamless transition. She listened to our wedding day goals and asked so many questions - which is a true sign of someone who wants to make sure they know exactly what you’re looking for. She gave great recommendations throughout the process, with multiple options and pricing considerations to help us stay on budget. She picked up décor from our apartment, dropped off welcome bags at hotels, and even met us for a final walkthrough at 10pm – her flexibility with and commitment to her clients is invaluable.

On our wedding day, she arrived with such a positive and relaxed energy – her Zen could ease any bride’s wedding jitters away. The day is a blur of course, but Diana was all around us, guiding us throughout the day in such seamless transitions that didn’t interrupt a second of the fun we were having as we flowed from one activity to the next. Her greatest work (and what likely took the most amount of her time) was the reception area. I cried when I first saw our reception – the room absolutely took my breath away and I couldn’t believe how beautifully it was set up, and how our vision came to life. There were so many special moments from that day, but the overwhelming feeling of pure joy and love that we felt in that moment is one I will never forget.

Hiring Diana was and is the best decision my husband and I have ever made in planning our wedding. Since the moment we spoke on the phone Diana reassured me, a super type-A covid bride, that she would be there every step of the way and Diana did exactly just that. I must preface that we hired Diana for her Month of planner services, however, Diana was there by our side every single day and was essentially our full fledge wedding planner. She consulted with us on every decision we made and once our wedding day arrived, she made our day the most beautiful and happiest day of our lives.

Dianas design eye and taste are incredible. As a designer myself, I couldn't even envision the world that she did but I'm so happy I trusted her because our wedding was an absolute dream. Diana will never lead you astray, she's extremely organized and cautious about any non-negotiables or financial restrictions you may have. I've never felt more at peace and confident in a vendor's hands than I did with Diana.

Diana is dedicated, sweet, and talented. Her attention to detail is impeccable and her wealth of knowledge is irreplaceable. Diana's kindness and passion are extremely contagious, you find yourself actually enjoying wedding planning. From day one I never felt abandoned or lost in this process because Diana didn't only see our relationship as client-based, she truly did become a friend. Your concerns and worries are her concerns and worries and Diana will do everything in her power to accommodate and fix them. Her positive and can-do attitude is one to be admired and we truly can't put into words just how appreciative we were for having Diana as our vendor.

What we can say is that if you can hire a planner, hire Diana. If you can only hire a month of, hire Diana. If you can only hire a single one-hour consultation, hire Diana. She is and will be the best financial decision you can make for your wedding.
