We used La Fiesta for our Rehearsal Dinner and our Wedding dinner. We had BBQ for our rehearsal dinner at their sister location, Cantina Texas, in Hewitt. Our wedding dinner was a fajita buffet with all the trimmings. It was very easy to work with Lynsey Ochoa. She is very detailed oriented and always there to answer any questions you may have about the catering process. Her staff is very polite and hardworking. They make sure that everything is packed up and cleaned at the end of the night so that there are no worries. All of the food tasted amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the time that we worked with Lynsey and her crew.
