We highly recommend the chipotle cream meatballs and can see WHY they are one the most popular hors d'oeuvres 360 has! It was a favorite among our guests along with the bruschetta! the bread was still crunchy and it was so flavorful! Another big favorite was the herb crushed potatoes!
Food is always important for a wedding, but the people behind the food make everything complete. We originally were to get married back in 2020 and Cody was so flexible and understanding of the changes due to COVID. Cody was attentive and very responsive to all of our questions and emails. We also had a last minute change of plans to not eat with guests and his team was able to provide our first meal in private as a married couple :)
I can't say enough about Cody and 360, all I will say is if you would like to not worry about the food and know that you are getting taken care of, hire 360!

I highly recommend 360 catering, their food is absolutely out of this world! The chef and all of their staff spends so much time with their clients going over their menu ideas to make their clients wedding reception so special. They provide tastings so you will know exactly what you want and how the food will be presented to your guests. They came out to The Reserve with our client weeks before their wedding so we could meet each others staff and go over all of the details for the wedding reception. It is so important for the venue and catering to be in contact with each other so on the day of your wedding everything runs smoothly. I love their attention to details and professionalism. I can honestly say that you can't go wrong with 360 catering!
Cody is genius! I've been on-site when he is cooking, and it's torture! It smells so amazing. As a professional and working, I don't take a step away to pick at his delicious food. Fortunately, with Kathy at the helm for events, not only does she take immaculate care of her clients, while she doesn't have to, she takes care of her vendors just as well. Ultimately, as a team, the clients benefit because everyone is happy and working as a team. My assistant is always impressed with her "let's get it done" (can do) attitude. I love working with Kathy. Don't hesitate to hire her and the 360 team now! You won't regret it.
