OUTSTANDING-Exceeded our expectations

All we have to say is WOW!! 360 catering exceeded my expectations in every way. They answered all my questions the whole step of the way, and the day of they were phenomenal. The food was perfect and the service was outstanding. My day of wedding planner could not stop raving about how helpful and hospitable they were and that we need to tell everyone to book with them! So glad they were a part of our special day. They took so much stress off of me and our bellies were full! They even sent me and my husband with to go boxes for a midnight snack. Amazing

First class service

I can’t say enough good things about 360 Catering. From the first contact to the tasting to the wedding itself, they had fantastic service and were friendly, professional, and communicative. They went above and beyond to help create our vision, and the food was delicious! The Philly cheesesteak eggrolls were my favorite, and the mac & cheese station and s’mores bars were big hits. I’d recommend them without hesitation to anyone.

Cody and his team are amazing! His attention to detail is above and beyond. From complimentary tasting of a plethora of delicious eats, constant communication, and friendly demeanor- he made our wedding meal PERFECT. We had 200 guests and he and his team executed the food and bar wonderfully. My guests continue to rave about the food! Choose Cody Hickman and 360 Catering for your next event!

Wedding was a hit because of the food

The dream team= magnificent!

Stop looking! This is who you need to help you pull off you event. We had a small window of time that we gave them to prepare for our event. Bree was our coordinator and her on the spot knowledge, professionalism, and availability was by far the BEST in the whole process of finding a vendor to cater our event. (Say goodbye to playing phone tag and anxiously waiting for responses from other businesses) We had a small venue and a tricky timeline but they kept a person (my hero!) on site to be ready for any changes in the sequence of events so that they were ready to go at the exact time that we were ready to go! And then the food! In a world of "foodies" this can be so stressful in deciding what all of the attendees will like/love. We went with the Brazilian Menu and didn't substitute anything. (2 days before the event I did ask Bree to sub a few vegan plates and it was a done deal) Back to the food...I had no complaints. The presentation was immaculate and the food gave me a high end first class dining experience! We will definitely be using them again and we've already recommended them to a few friends.

Great service and delicious!

Bre was so great and friendly while she helped us for our wedding! Their food is delicious and the food tasting is more than you'd expect! my guests enjoyed the food and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any event! Thank you Bre and team for making our night yummy! Great value for great food!

Wonderful, Personalized Services!

We seriously considered 360 Catering for our wedding, and while we did go with someone else, I wanted to give them a big shoutout. Cody and his team were very responsive and professional, and did an awesome job with the tasting. I was unable to join, but they offered to send back a few boxes of the food my fiance tried so that I could also experience the taste. I loved how many food options they offer, which is what drew me to them in the first place, and all the little details that they take care of as well.

Thank you 360!

If you have the opportunity to do a tasting with 360, please do it! They were the one and only caterer we did a tasting with, and we looked no further! Their extensive menu and packages provide a variety to accommodate all budgets and cuisines.

We highly recommend the chipotle cream meatballs and can see WHY they are one the most popular hors d'oeuvres 360 has! It was a favorite among our guests along with the bruschetta! the bread was still crunchy and it was so flavorful! Another big favorite was the herb crushed potatoes!

Food is always important for a wedding, but the people behind the food make everything complete. We originally were to get married back in 2020 and Cody was so flexible and understanding of the changes due to COVID. Cody was attentive and very responsive to all of our questions and emails. We also had a last minute change of plans to not eat with guests and his team was able to provide our first meal in private as a married couple :)

I can't say enough about Cody and 360, all I will say is if you would like to not worry about the food and know that you are getting taken care of, hire 360!

AMAZING catering team for our wedding!

Cody and his team were AMAZING for our wedding! We had to cancel and reschedule our April 2020 wedding due to COVID and they were flexible, kind and gracious. When we finally got to have our wedding in September, they had everything taken care of and were so helpful before, during and after. The food was incredible - we received several compliments - and the staff made sure everything went off without a hitch, even helping with cleanup after the wedding. Cody accommodated customized requests as well so that we could create unique touches for our printed menu and he looked for ways to help us save money, being fair and reasonable. We would use the 360 team again and again!

My husband and I do not have enough good things to say about Cody and his team. They were a breeze to work with, delivered our every request, provided us and our guests some of the best food we ever had, and were a lot of fun to work with along the way! Cody even goes as far to absolutely make sure you eat dinner in the midst of the wedding, which we super appreciated. They are hands down THE BEST!

After we had our tasting at 360 Catering, we knew right away that we would be using them for our wedding. Not only was the food delicious, but from the beginning, Cody and the 360 Catering team made it clear that they were there to help in whatever way they can. Phenomenal service and food

Cody and 360 Catering catered/rocked our wedding. I don't normally remember wedding food but I've had half of my guests come to me to personally tell me how good our food was from 360. Cody came through on every promise he made to us. He showed up personally on top of his 5 man crew, his team went above and beyond just serving food, his bartender handled everything my guests could throw at her. I literally never had to worry the food/serving it was truly incredible. We told him we were on a tight budget and he worked with us SO much to optimize what he was providing. The total was at least less than half of what other caterers could quote and everything was 1000% better than what those others could provide. The menu is huge, it's got such a wide variety, and he even provided gluten/dairy free options for a couple of our guests who needed it. You just won't get better service/value. Stop looking and book these guys.

Great Food and Great Service

Hands down the best food we tasted and we did several tasting. Although Cody's prices were more expensive than others we tried, the quality in food reflected that higher price. Cody went out of his way to create a dish I requested that was not on his menu and I am incredibly grateful. Out of all the compliments guests have given me about the wedding, I received the most positive feedback about the food.

Mini Food and LOBSTER Mac and Cheese for our Snack-Centric Wedding

Oh my goodness. Cody took our food to the next level. I was so excited with our Mini Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup, Shrimp Tacos, Chicken and Waffles, and Chipotle Meatballs. We also had a LOBSTER and BRISKET Mac and Cheese station. I'm still dreaming of that food. They even made us a Bride and Groom takeout boxes, which were so cute and decorated. I'm not sure if we are the only couple that got to eat at our wedding, but I am so glad we did not have to miss out!!!!

360 Catering was the absolute best wedding decision we made! Cody, Sabrina, and the entire staff were amazing and so professional! They listened to every need, made sure the food was perfect, and flipped out ceremony space to a reception space very quickly and flawlessly. The food was the best food I have ever had at a wedding- and I am so glad it was at my own! We received tons of compliments on how delicious the food was and could not agree more. Cody answered every single question we had throughout the process, and showed up exactly when he said he would on the big day! Sabrina did such an amazing job with the day of coordination. She was so laid back and listened to every need from myself, bridesmaids, moms, etc. The wedding would not have gone so smoothly without Sabrina! Cody's entire staff was so friendly and professional. I highly recommend 360 and am so thankful for all of their hard work they put in to make my day absolutely perfect!

This was one of our best decision in planning our wedding! A Sophisticated Affair was so great to work with and executed our wedding perfectly. They were fun people to plan with and they know and understand the catering business. AND THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!! I can't tell you how many compliments we got on our food and we STILL have people talk to us about how delicious it was! We did Family Style service for about 150 people with a bartender, passed apps and a popcorn bar. They even have a stash of mismatched China plates you can use for your event...such a nice touch to add to our space. The only thing I would say is that the bartender was pretty inexperienced and it was noticed by a lot. But the Supervisor for ASA came over to assist the bartender quickly every time she needed help which was appreciated. I will definitely use them again for future events!!

Probably one of the top comments we received for our wedding during dinner was, "What is in this corn and potatoes??? I can't stop eating!" Which is what you want to hear. Keri was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process - first she blew us away with her initial consultation tasting. She let us try everything and gave us space to eat and chat amongst ourselves in a private dining room. Then she had such a great personality, which makes you so comfortable and like you are talking to a friend. All the business portion was very buttoned up and clear, so there were no surprises or doubts about the service. The food was excellent and well proportioned during the reception - everyone got their fill and more. We went with the family style serving and it worked out so efficiently and smooth. Keri treated the bride and groom (us) very well, she had the full spread on our seats when we came to sit down so we were able to try everything we had missed during the happy hour when we were taking our pictures, plus healthy portions of our dinner offerings. Loved the added touch of the menu cards she offers and getting napkins directly through her - one less linen to worry about. The staff was prompt, professional, and on point the whole night. She also gave us a great recommendation for our wedding cake vendor. Loved every part of working with ASA!

My reception was at the T&P Station Downtown Fort Worth and was a complete blank slate. Keri and Jeff were so amazing in working out all of the details and making sure everything that was necessary was in place. They were there as soon as we had someone to get the doors open to the venue and worked with our large wedding party. The food was AMAZING but I wasn't surprised considering how amazing the tasting was. I would 110% recommend ASA for ALL of your needs, they walked me through the set up for the venue and worked with us to make sure that we had everything from the bar menus to the napkins! Their cake cutting service was amazing, they know how to get people served fast! An amazing experience overall!

If you want a great meal at an affordable price contact this amazing caterer. Kathy Mills will give you top service. She provided two tastings so we knew exactly what to expect. Their chef is beyond creative and provides affordable options. Their chef remained at our venue and the captain circulated around the tables making sure everything was well prepared as planned. Kathy greets you with enthusiasm as if you are her only client after almost 30 years in the business. You could not ask for a better team. The staff kept the tables clean and moved at a quick pace to meet everyone's needs. We would highly recommend this catering company for any needs large or small. They were amazing and helpful to all the evening of our 272 person wedding!

Keri and Jeff were great to work with and very accommodating. I highly recommend them! We chose the pasta buffet for our June 4th wedding and got TONS of compliments on how great the food was. Everything was hot and delicious we were happy and full!

We did table style serving at the wedding and it was perfect! No waiting in long buffet lines, and my husband and I were served first so we could eat and make our rounds to tall the tables. Great food! Best night ever.

First of all, I can't say enough positive things about Keri and her team! They are everything you want in a catering company. ASA's prices are highly competitive and the food quality is amazing. My husband and I are foodies (from Toronto), and we were so impressed. Keri and Jeff organized a private tasting and we got to bring so much food home! All of the food was so so good. We ended up going with the New York Strip Loin served medium rare (perfect) served family style with 4 sides. The bourbon glazed carrots and jalapeno cream corn were my favorite. We also got 3-4 of their amazing sauces (creamy horseradish, poblano cream sauce, jalapeno cream sauce... mmmm). She also put together a super cute appetizer salad. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the food and our hoer d'oeuvres (you should definitely get the waffle meat item they have). The quote we got at the beginning was essentially what we paid in the end (very nice not to have any surprises and add-ons). Bartenders were great and super friendly with our guests! One thing you should know is they can not serve wine at the table due to their type of license. I thought this was important, but now looking back it really wasn't (hell it's an open bar and people are just super happy to get what they want. It wasn't awkward at all!). Keri also spoke with my venue and really helped out there! She honestly made the catering aspect of things a breeze. We ended up renting gold rimmed plates and forks elsewhere, but all the basic plates, etc. were included in her price. She really made things easy, and convenient. Out of all my vendors, she was the most helpful and I think that says a lot! Customer service far exceeded any of my expectations. If there was anything I would change, I would have booked the person she recommended for picking up the alcohol. We didn't and had to get buy all of it and get it to our venue (we bought local beer in rustic growlers, which was fun but a pain)...

We had our wedding reception at "La Cour Venue" in McKinney, TX with A Sophisticated Affair as our caterer. They came highly recommended by our Wedding Planner, Pati Gann, from "Perfectly Planned by Pati". The food was delicious and the service was perfect! We even had compliments from our guests when we got back from our honeymoon! Our menu consisted of the following:
-Hors d' oeuvres: Ahi Tuna Nachos, Goat Cheese Crostini with Strawberry Peach Salsa, and the Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls
-Salad: Spinach, Strawberries, Goat Cheese and Pecans with a Raspberry Champagne Vinaigrette
-Entree(s): Roasted Chicken Breast, Roasted Pork Loin, and 2 side sauces: Roasted Poblano Cream Sauce and Sundried Tomato and Goat cheese! (Both sauces were ridiculously good!)
-Sides: Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans with Bacon
Overall, A Sophisticated Affair now comes highly recommended by my husband and I; you won't be disappointed!

We cannot speak more highly of A Sophisticated Affair! Our first impression was so positive with their convenient pricing and menu options. Jeff and Keri were responsive and very easy to work with. The food tasting knocked our socks off! All of their food was delicious! On our wedding day, the food served was just a delicious as we remembered it being during our tasting. We had many guests comment on how tasty dinner was. I also want to mention that the staff that served our wedding were great as well! We are very happy with our decision to use A Sophisticated Affair and would highly recommend.

Keri and Jeff Cook are amazing. They knew exactly what I was looking for right from our first meeting and made everything easy. Very friendly, personable, and down-to-earth.

We had the wedding at a garden and they were already familiar with the venue and knew exactly what they needed to make everything work. They really seem to have it together (which means a lot to me since I planned my wedding myself and I really don't have it together). We wanted breakfast for dinner and they really did an amazing job. Everyone raved about how awesome the food was. I'm terrible about making decisions, but Keri made it easy by offering up her suggestions. We decided to add crepes at our last meeting and it was the best decision we ever made. They were so delicious.

They provided all of the glasses, plates (adorable, mismatched, vintage plates that went perfectly with our garden setting), etc. and service (attentive and friendly). They served my husband and me right as the buffet opened so we could go ahead and sit. The woman who took care of us was just perfect.

We wanted to move up our timeline during the reception and they accommodated us and had everything ready to serve about 30 minutes earlier than we had originally planned. I just can't say enough about how awesome everything turned out.

We loved having A Sophisticated Affair cater our wedding. They provided catering and bartending services for us and were wonderful. We had so many compliments on the food and the bartenders were great, they made awesome drinks and remembered what people wanted when they came up to get a drink. The planning process with them was so easy, they took care of all the details and even added an extra sauce last minute, the little details they added like the menu were perfect. They were very helpful when it came to planning what alcohol we needed. As a bonus they were also very fun to work with and for the quality of food unbelievably affordable! We loved working with them!

A Sophisticated Affair was the right choice for my daughter's wedding. Kerry and Jeff were great from the start. From the first free tasting to the cleanup they were very professional and very friendly. Every guest complimented how great the food was. I heard restaurant quality several times throughout the night. Their event manager had a family emergency at the last minute and Kerry and Jeff stepped in and showed up themselves. That is customer service. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I drove myself crazy researching and investigating the best caterer for our wedding - save yourself the hassle and call ASA! The service and quality they provide - from interaction with staff to the food itself - is SECOND TO NONE! Choosing ASA to cater our wedding was the best decision we could have made - you will not find anything better! Many of our guests told us it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding!

When working with ASA they were consistently honest and open with every detail and aimed to give us exactly what we wanted to make our day perfect. On the day of the event, staff were kind, caring and aimed to provide the best possible experience for ourselves and our guests. I cannot begin to say enough great things about Kerrie. If you are looking for great food, good value, and personal service then please book her. I wanted BBQ but our wedding was defintely not the beans and ribs picnic table affair. She understood exactly what I wanted and executed to perfection the fancy BBQ dinner we wanted. She is a true expert at her craft. Her staff was wonderful. She was even valuable to helping us plan outside of the food. EVERYONE loved the food. We loved it on day one and she even sent us with extra for others to taste. There are a lot of small perks that she adds in such as plates, utensils, packed wedding day food, and menus that add up to huge savings. Plus she hosts smaller events that you can try out some specialties. They are so worth the time because not only do you get to sample the food again, you find new things you love. The Bourbon sauce and her special punch were personal finds at one of her events. Try them. They will change your life :) My husband loved her cookies and on our wedding day, she made sure he had plenty. Even personally putting them in his hand.

In summary, I wouldn't think twice about hiring Kerrie. I was very careful about my vendors and she was by far one of the easiest and nicest to work with. She responds quick to emails or calls. If you are like me, this was important because people will take forever getting back with you. Happy planning :)

Keri and Jeff are amazing people. They really put their heart and soul into their business, and it definitely shows! We were blown away at our tasting for several reasons. ASA offers many different options for hors d'oeuvres, sides, and main dishes. They also cook a ton of food for you to sample! The thing that really got me was that they allowed my mother to tour their warehouse and went over with her in detail the meal prep process and the lengths they go to to make sure they serve a hot meal. This was our number one concern as our venue was 45 minutes away from their location. They did not disappoint! Our meals were amazing, and we are still getting compliments on our wedding dinner. The macaroni bar was also a huge hit! The servers and bar tenders were also very nice and professional. We are so thankful for the work they put into our wedding. I highly recommend ASA to anyone who needs catering for any event.

Keri and her staff went above and beyond for our special day! She was amazing to work with and very helpful and flexible through the entire process. Everyone has told us they had the BEST wedding food they have ever had. And we owe it all to A Sophisticated Affair. They have so many wonderful choices and she helps you put together a d perfect meal for your day and your budget. I would reommend them to any and everyone that is getting married. She also provided bar service for with bar tenders as well. The servers were always checking on our tables and refilling whenever was needed. It was a perfect night and we are grateful that Keri and A Sophisticated Affair were there to help with that!

We hired 360 Catering and Events for our wedding because they have a great staff and chefs and offer so many different options to build a beautiful reception from the bottom up. If you have a venue where you must bring in vendors call them first. Their Event coordinator, Kathy Cox Mills has a vast knowledge from years of experience planning events of all types and sizes, from small catered parties held in private homes to huge conventions that cover several days in large venues. She worked as our personal coordinator as well, hired for the rehearsal and wedding day, but generously gave me consultation whenever I had any questions. She was always so encouraging, and put my mind at ease many times.
THE FOOD 360 brought to our event was so fresh, beautifully presented and delicious!! They have an extensive menu, or will make anything you wish. We did a modified buffet, with a pasta bar that came with numerous delicious toppings including meats and gorgeous fresh vegetables, salad and a Steak Slider station. We paid for 160 plates of food, but they made 180 since they bring a generous extra amount. They fed our vendors and had second helpings for those who wanted them. Everyone ate and ate, not much was tossed out and there were no leftovers!
The staff was so efficient and did a fantastic job of setting up our event, serving our guests, passing out favors during the dance. Keeping the tables clear of extra dishes and clutter and when clean up time came they bustled about and had it done in minutes.
Anyone planning a wedding reception who wants it to run smoothly, with delicious food and a coordinator that is so pleasant and works her tail off needs to contact 360 early on in the planning process. They are so helpful in the design of your party. They are booking more and more as they constantly prove to bring a great catering and also construct any event your imagination can dream up.

A sophisticated affair was the first caterer we tried and we booked immediately! We were blown away by the options Jeff and Keri provided us with and the overall taste of the food was amazing! At my wedding I received numerous compliments on how good the food tasted and how beautiful the presentation was! Keri and Jeff are amazing! They are a hardworking couple who truly enjoy their job. Being new to the area, we didn't know which way to go finding a caterer for our wedding. I am so glad we found A Sophisticated Affair. Not only are they professional and responsive, they provide plenty of food- good food. Their menu is pretty lengthy- which is good for variety but can be slightly overwhelming- but every item we tasted was absolutely delicious. Keri can make anything. You definitely get your money's worth with them, and as a bride (or the individual footing the bill) that is one of the main concerns next to quality. ASA provided both. Their wait staff worked extremely hard and was very efficient as well. You have to try the cheddar waffle burger sliders!! Thanks again Keri and Jeff, everyone is still raving about the food!

Thanks you for making our Fiesta party all you said it would be. From the hors d'oeuvre to the selection of meats, sides and desserts, bar service, clearing out the cooler for possible tornado protection for the guests, after event clean up and all the other details, your company offers a very professional and indeed sophisticated affair. This is the second event Keri has managed for us. She did our wedding a few years back, and was able to take care of our Son's Christening brunch on very short notice. Jeff and Keri always take the time to make sure things are managed so you can worry about all the other little things. Food is always creative, and tasty. I cannot say enough good about their service, and if you are looking for help with your event, look no further!

Next to saying "I do!" to my husband, hiring Kathy Mills and 360 Catering was the BEST decision I made in regards to my wedding! Kathy is very kind and very helpful. She made us feel like we were friends and family. She went out of her way to make sure our day was perfect.

We had a scare the day before our wedding. We could not get a hold of our photographer and videographer. She found us a videographer at the last minute!

The food was delicious and the staff is beyond fantastic! Our mothers were more than happy and our guests all had a fantastic time. It was such a relief to us to turn everything over to them. My husband and stayed fed and always had a drink in our hands. We could enjoy our day with no worries.

I am a type A and OCD. I cannot say enough nice words about Kathy. Cody and the entire 360 Catering family. We had no worries, because of them. We would hire them again in a minute!!

I can not recommend these guys enough! My wedding caterer tried to increase their prices a month before the wedding, so grasping at the last minute for a caterer for a 200 wedding reception, A Sophisticated Affair came to my rescue! I inquired for pricing, and seeing the date of my event, they called me to hurry the process along. We talked through my fears/concerns, and scheduled a tasting. The amount of personal attention we received from the owners, and their passion for what they do sold us immediately. It also didn't hurt that the food is AMAZING!!! They buy all their ingredients themselves, and gladly offered to accommodate our gluten allergies. These guys really care about what they do, and they do it well. They are worth every penny!

Keri and Jeff did an amazing job! We never ran out of appetizers during cocktail hour and the food was great! Guests absolutely loves the Mac and cheese bar! It took a little bit for the line to move because of the Mac and cheese stations BUT it was so worth it! Guests are still raving about all of the amazing appetizers, dinner, and desert. You can't go wrong with ASA. Thanks again!!

ASA takes professionalism seriously. I had met with another caterer that had a great price point for their food, but racked up fees for servers, hours and rental of service ware. I met with Jeff and Kerrie for a tasting--they duplicated the other caterer's menu and I was amazed the food was 10 times better and at a great value! Our guests loved the family style service and bragged on the vegetable lasagna. We had a run on our red wine and we ran out! Kerrie offered to have Jeff make a wine run and he brought in more vino. Now that is above and beyond! I will for sure hire ASA for my next event. Thank you Jeff and Kerrie, you both are a class act!

I can’t say enough good things about 360 catering! Everything from their willingness to work with our budget, to the hospitality of the owners and staff, and even to the last minute adding a bar for our wedding. They were phenomenal! At our wedding so many people came up to us to tell us how much they enjoyed the food and even wanted to book them for their upcoming weddings. haha Because of how much we loved them, we actually ended up booking them for a Christmas banquet as well! I would highly recommend them!

Keri and Jeff were professional and easy to work with. I appreciate their flexibility and how easy it was to communicate with them. The food was absolutely delicious and many guest commented on how great it was. I will definitely recommend them to others and use them again if needed.

Keri and Jeff are the best to work with! The food is amazing and they really work with your budget and what kind of good you like! They don't make you feel like just another wedding but like family! I would recommend them to everyone!

My husband and I eloped (second marriage for us both) and then planned a large reception that we wanted elegant but fun. Not only was the food raved about and the presentation beautiful but we were left at the end of the night with no clean up. The staff went out of their way to make this the most memorable night we have ever had.

The food was exquisite & the team was superb. This company went above & beyond what had agreed upon. We had a lot of last minute issues & they stepped up with no complaint. There aren't words to express how wonderful our experience with A Sophisticated Affair was! They were extremely profession yet very friendly and easy to talk to. The food was phenomenal and to this day something our wedding guest are talking about and complimenting. Looking back on our wedding day much of my calm came from knowing they were there!

A Sophisticated Affair provided bartending services for our annual Halloween Event. From day one they were very easy to work with, quick to respond to all my questions and even helped determine how much alcohol we would need to purchase for our event. Their signature drink selections were also excellent! The day of the event they were on time and handled everything. It was nice to know that area was all taken care of so I could focus my efforts on the event itself. I highly recommend them for any of your bartending needs!

FIVE STARS AMAZING!! I couldn't have asked for a better caterer at my wedding!! Keri was SO helpful beforehand and gave me advice on all sorts of different questions I had during the planning process. Then, on the day of the wedding I didn't have to think about a thing; I had several friends and family members seek me out just to let me know how much they enjoyed all the food and the service at the bar. I saw Keri shortly during the reception and she gave me a big hug! I couldn't have asked for anything more!

Keri and Jeff did an incredible job catering our daughter’s wedding. From our first planning meeting to the wedding reception, they were professional, friendly, punctual, and went above and beyond to help make our evening go smoothly. They offer a lot of appetizer and meal choices, and there are opportunities to sample items so you can select exactly what you want. We received so many comments from our guests about how much they enjoyed the food. I would highly recommend A Sophisticated Affair!

Keri and Jeff were completely amazing to work with. They were both very flexible and willing to work with us on all of our requests. They were also so organized it made planning a large event seem easy!! The service the night of our event was great! We had no complaints at all! Things seemed to run smoothly and very efficiently the entire night! Guests complimented the food and all seemed happy and full! :) We would definitely recommend A Sophisticated Affair to anyone needing catering!!

We absolutely love Jeff and Keri Cook! A Sophisticated Affair did a fabulous job at our wedding and all the guests were complimenting us on the delicious food that they served. Jeff and Kerri were easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. All their food was so delicious that we had hard time to choose from the meals they made for our tasting! Jeff and Kerri with their staff were professional, flexible, and very friendly. We were so excited to have them cater our special day and we would recommend them to anyone who is looking for excellence, professionalism, high quality food, and nice people with which to work!

Jeff and Keri are wonderful to work with! The food was delicious and a great value. My wife and I got so much positive feedback about all of the food served at our reception. Before deciding on ASA, we met with caterers with prices twice as high and food half as good. Don't waste any precious time -- book with ASA today! You won't regret it.

Everyone LOVED the food at our wedding reception! Jeff and Keri were very flexible working out a payment plan for us since I am teacher. Every detail was covered for our food so we did not have to worry about a thing. We wish we could have used them for all of our wedding needs such as bar tending, cake, etc because they were so amazing. Out of all of our vendors, they by far were the easiest to communicate with, and they made us feel like we got a good value for what we paid. There were plenty of selections for food so I was able to have the exact food I wanted at my reception when I am a very picky eater. I wish I had another event just to be able to work with them again. :-)

The catering provided by Jeff and Keri at A Sophisticated Affair was absolutely perfect! They were so helpful from the first phone call. The selection for tasting was excellent, the recommendations were great, and the service was superb. The stations provided abundance of fresh, hot, tasty selections, especially the macaroni and cheese bar, the grilled vegetable bar and the s'mores bar. Everyone of the guests at my daughter's wedding raved about the food and taste of it. They even were able to accommodate special dietary needs for our son-in-law and vegetarian guests. I would recommend them to anyone and call on them in the future if I am ever in need of another special event.

A Sophisticated Affair made our wedding reception a huge success. Everyone loved their food! The stations were great and allowed all the picky eaters to choose whatever they wanted in their dish. The macaroni bar and s'mores bar are still being talked about. The staff were all great and very helpful. Thank you for helping make our wedding reception great!

Keri and Jeff were awesome! Catering is one of the biggest investments you will make for your wedding and you want to make sure you get the food that you desire. From day one of meeting them, both Keri and Jeff were easy to work with, fun, generous, and super flexible. They met with my parents and I on multiple occasions and spent a lot of hours answering every single one of our questions. They replied quickly to every email and worked with every part of our vision. The guests loved the food and it was definitely fun and memorable for everyone! People love a good meal and you are going to get that through choosing A Sophisticated Affair. Hands down, you won't find a better value! Definitely one of the best investments we made throughout the entire wedding planning process!

Keri from A Sophisticated Affair was the only caterer that called me right away when I put my inquiry in for their services. Both Keri and Jeff continued with the same professionalism right up to our wedding! Of course, the food was absolutely delicious. Keri prepared a variety of dishes for us to try and one course was better than the next. The icing on the cake was when they showed us their organization, preparation and sanitation processes and were very transparent about all aspects of their business. They were a pleasure to work with and I hope we have an event soon so we can call them up and have them cook for us again!

ASA catered our wedding in Ft. Worth and it was a great experience to work with them. They had several events prior to our date where we could taste their appetizers, they were very responsive to all of our questions and they handled everything as total pros. The only thing that was difficult with these people was deciding which of their awesome options to go with!

Keri and her staff provided the catering for our daughter's wedding. From the very beginning, I was confident this was one part of the event I would not have to worry about and I did not. She also provided the bartender and set up the cake table which was beautiful. She was accommodating and knowledgable about food choices as we had several guests who needed gluten free options. The menu was put together with those things in mind and it was not an issue.

The day-of coordinator at the venue told me she was a jewel to work with because she did not have to worry either. She offered suggestions on making our event flow better. Our guests enjoyed the food and we liked her option of offering to serve family style. All of our guests were able to converse instead of standing in a buffet line. I would highly recommend them for your catering needs.
