Katelyn is amazing!! She planned our wedding in Napa down to every detail. She provided the linen rentals, created the centerpieces and floral arrangements, helped with invitations, and let us enjoy our day without any worries. In addition, she coordinated between all of our vendors and kept everyone on the same page during the entire process! We highly recommend Katelyn and would do our exact wedding over again in a heartbeat!

About a month & a half before our wedding, we decided to hire Katelyn to be our wedding coordinator. We really needed someone to step in and tie everything together and she was the right person for the job. She dove in head first and took charge! With such short notice and limited time, Katelyn was able to help us finalize our wedding plans. She helped us make final decisions on different aspects of the entire wedding, while coming up with ideas & choices we hadn’t even though of. Not only did Katelyn ensure that our wedding timeline flowed smoothly, she did all the flower arrangements, set us up with a DJ, and created the layout for the wedding and reception. She saved the day for me when the bouquets I had ordered turned out horrible. With the extra flowers she had left over, she was able to create new bouquets that turned out beautiful.

Katelyn is a true visionary. She is very ambitious, energetic, artistic, creative, and she provides professional customer service. Katelyn didn’t just treat us like “another client”, but as friends. She truly cared about us and our wedding, wanting to make it a very memorable experience. Anyone who has planned a wedding, or big event for that matter, knows the stress that comes along with it.
