We absolutely loved working with Jamie! She made our wedding day a true dream come true. Every single detail was perfect, her design was stunning, and working with her was so easy. From start to finish, Jamie was always patient, open, and timely with her communications, with her listening to every one of our ideas, hopes, and questions and always putting our nerves at ease. We shared with her on Day 1 that the biggest desire for our wedding was to have the day be low stress for us and our families and wedding party - with no one having to worry about anything except enjoying the day and having fun. Jamie absolutely made that happen. The whole day went so smoothly, with Jamie and her assistants directing the flow of events and always being present if we had a question or need, but never getting in the way or being overbearing.
My husband and I live in NC, and we were both working full time / doing grad school part time during the planning process, so it wasn't easy for us to drive up to the venue (in VA) or meet with vendors in person, and even phone calls were sometimes hard to fit into our schedules. Jamie was incredibly patient and flexible, removing any anxiety we might have had about this as well. She handled all communications with vendors, was able to go in person and represent us at the venue or in certain meetings with vendors during the last few months, and gave her professional and artistic suggestions when we most needed them, always making sure to stick with our vision. And she has outstanding relationships with all of the vendors that we worked with.
We have received so many compliments on our wedding, how beautiful and fun it was. And it is all thanks to Jamie and her amazing vision and planning skills! Thank you for everything Jamie!!

Jamie was our month-of wedding planner for our wedding in October. Because of covid, we had to change our wedding plans a few times and Jamie was there to help every step of the way. We ended up doing a micro-wedding and Jamie's flexibility, patience, and attention to detail made our small wedding feel really special. I highly recommend working with Jamie!

Our first meeting with Jamie was about 13 months before our daughter's wedding. At that point Jamie gave us a timeline to keep us on track and also we scheduled out our meeting with her. She would touch base with us in between the meetings to make sure we were on track and help us with any questions we had. As the wedding drew closer our meetings were more frequent. She came to the food tasting, met us when we chose flowers. When we met with the event coordinator at our venue she came there too. Jamie knew the exact questions to ask as far as "where with the band go? Do they need risers for their performances? where are the outlets for the band? How do you want the tables set up? where?" the list goes on and on! Day of the wedding, Jamie arrived at the venue well before us, to make sure everything was going as planned. After the wedding ceremony she kept everyone on track, from pictures, to introductions, to first dance, to the grand exit. Our whole day was problem free!

Jamie made the whole wedding planning process a wonderful experience. She listened carefully to the vision my daughter had for her wedding and then suggested the perfect vendors to make that vision a reality. Because of her hard work, the weeks leading up to the wedding and the wedding day itself were absolutely stress free for us. It was the perfect day because of Jamie and her team.

My daughter got married 5 years ago and we still say to this day that we could not have done it without Jamie! We hired Jamie to help us from the beginning! She kept us on a schedule and focused. Everything turned out perfectly. Jamie was very helpful with choosing Venues and other contractors. We loved working with her and would highly recommend her.

Jamie was instrumental in managing all aspects of my son’s wedding from early meetings establishing and maintaining the budget to the actual day of the wedding details. There were numerous vendors involved and she was very attentive to the bride’s vision for the perfect day. I would highly recommend Jamie’s services and we simply could not have done it without her!
