We hired Cheryl-Anne for Design services for our wedding in Costa Rica and it was the best wedding decision we made! I have worked in the Raleigh wedding industry for 10+ years and have had the pleasure of working alongside Cheryl-Anne for many of those years. So when it came to hiring a wedding planner for my own wedding, even though it was destination, I knew I wanted to work with someone locally here for the ease of the actual planning. As someone who has been in the industry for so long and has planned many weddings for others - it's just different when you're doing it for yourself. And having the knowledge of how much work truly does go into planning a wedding, I knew I couldn't do it without someone like Cheryl-Anne by my side. With having to deal with destination wedding vendors, I knew that Cheryl-Anne would thrive because of how professional, organized and diligent she is but she truly exceeded our expectations.

First and foremost, her wedding design was exactly what I wanted and dreamed of! Even though we decided to get married in Costa Rica I told Cheryl-Anne in our first design meeting that I didn't want anything to feel super tropical or boho. I asked her to put together a design that was "costal modern chic" which is... kind of random... but she truly hit the nail on the head. It ended up being better than I could've ever imagined.

Throughout the planning process Cheryl-Anne kept me on task and would always check in to ensure we were timely in booking vendors, hitting deadlines, etc. She communicated with our vendors on our behalf and many times without me even included as to not clog up my inbox with logistics that I didn't need to be involved in. As a control freak, this was incredibly helpful for me as to not add unnecessary stress during planning. She also assisted us in planning our Welcome Party and our Catamaran Day!

During the actual wedding week, Cheryl-Anne and Katie could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I literally did not have to worry or think about one thing involving the wedding festivities. They handled all vendor questions, helped ensure that my husband and I were taken care of and ensured none of our family members had to lift a finger. From setting up every detail of our Welcome Party to ensuring all of the logistics were coordinated for our Catamaran day and everything in between, everything was truly flawless.I am anxious by nature and multiple friends and family made comments to me during the wedding week about how relaxed I was and how shocked they were by that. My response was always "it's all thanks to Cheryl-Anne and Katie". I was able to be truly present and enjoy the time with all of our friends and family who traveled there to celebrate with us. For that, I truly cannot thank them enough. It made all the difference to have them as a part of our special day and all of our celebrations.

Cheryl-Anne and her team made my dream wedding happen. We hired her team nearly 2 years in advance (thanks COVID) and she was available and helpful throughout the entire process. I honestly could not have planned a more perfect day. Cheryl-Anne is so personable, detail oriented and INCREDIBLY organized. She checked in months, weeks, days, hours before the big day -- and of course was there on the big day as well! We told her our general wish and budget for a vendor and she gave us a handful of options within days. She has a vision that I could have never seen on my own. With all of our meetings leading up to the big day - it felt as if she truly got to know my husband and I and it showed in not only in her recommended vendors but also in the final design. Every detail about our wedding felt like us. I can honestly say there was not a single hiccup on our wedding day because Cheryl-Anne and her team were always three steps ahead. There was always a plan B and C!!

If you are considering a wedding planner but aren't sure -- I can say with the utmost confidence that it is worth every penny. Cheryl-Anne and her team are worth EVERY PENNY. I would pay to have this team plan my wedding over and over again. I would recommend her to my dearest friend and to my sister. I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough.
