Working with Jessica was great. We were doing a small ceremony, and just needed a half day. She was completely professional and the interview process was a real contribution to our whole event - she had us think of some things we hadn't considered that we then considered and took care of. Jessica was the perfect choice for my husband and my wedding photos. We met with her a few times prior to our wedding day and I could immediately tell she was listening to our wishes and creating a timeline that fit our needs.
On our wedding day, Jessica was a calming presence and helped us to feel at ease. She helped us with natural posing as well as getting numerous candid photos. She was excellent with our family photos as well that included numerous young children. Her patience was much appreciated!

Jessica was recommended to us by a friend who is a local photographer where we live. Since we were getting married out of town (where we grew up), we needed someone who serviced that area. From the minute we first met Jessica, we were blown away by her professionalism, kindness, and flexibility.
Our wedding wasn't traditional. We both had parents unexpectedly pass away this year, so we decided to have a small, private ceremony at our parents home with more dogs as guests than humans. Not only that, but two weeks before the ceremony took place, Hurricane Helene devastated the small town where it was taking place, and even more devastation occurred where Jessica resided. Throughout it all, Jessica was very transparent and communicative and ultimately decided that she would still be able to capture our special day, even through these challenging circumstances.

Jessica did such a wonderful job photographing our wedding! She was attentive, organized, and easy to work with! My husband and I had never been photographed professionally before so weren't quite sure what to expect, but she made us feel very comfortable. She gave us helpful suggestions, but also let us fall into natural poses. She knew the property at our venue, Hawkesdene, very well and took us to the best locations for certain lighting. The photographs look amazing and Jessica really does go above and beyond throughout the entire process! We are so thankful she captured our wedding day and would definitely recommend her!
