From the moment we booked her years before our wedding, she was incredibly responsive, professional, and organized. No matter how big or small my questions were, she always took the time to answer them and made me feel completely supported.

Beyond being organized, she is an incredible advocate for her couples. She made sure every decision we had made during planning was carried out exactly as intended and stepped in whenever necessary to ensure our vision was protected.

I genuinely cannot imagine our wedding day without her. Because of her hard work, professionalism, expertise, and dedication, everything unfolded even better than we had hoped. She allowed us, our families, and our wedding party to simply enjoy the day knowing everything was under control. Jazmine is extremely organized, kept us on task during the planning process in the months leading up to our day, and thought of everything to make our day perfect! We had an under-100 person ceremony and reception at a restaurant in Chicago. She really had a monumental task working with our venue: a restaurant that was very disorganized, unresponsive, and extremely laid back in terms of planning. Jazmine is hands down the BEST investment in our wedding. Not that we didn’t have help from family and friends but when she came along it felt like we were really accomplishing work. She kept us on schedule, worked her butt off day in and out, extremely responsive and more that communicative. She is someone that I trust whole heartedly, she has the best intentions and takes the time to listen to what we want out of the day. Since she has been to more weddings than us she has the best advice, inspirations and you could tell she really cared about making sure we got the most out of our day. We are so glad we worked with Jazmine!! We had a wedding of about 120 people, and the day was stress-free, thanks to her. We don't live in Chicago, so we met virtually leading up to the wedding and she helped us work through details we hadn't thought of. She has a lot of experience in weddings which helped us iron out the flow of the day. The week of, she was organized and always responsive, and on the day itself, she took over communication with vendors, handled the setup and timeline, and organized the takedown, allowing us to fully enjoy and be present in the celebration. We had a few cultural traditions to bring together both sides and she really understood our vision from the first meeting. She also carried tons of books to set up for us at our gift table, which took a huge burden off my parents. My family absolutely loved her! She's kind and personable and has the perfect balance of being detail-orientated and laid back with a positive attitude, should things arise unexpectedly. If you're debating whether it is worth it to hire a day-of coordinator (as we were), it absolutely is worth it, and we can't recommend Jazmine enough!

Words just can’t express how truly grateful to have had Jazmine be a part of our wedding! Not only was there a wedding to plan but a move cross country on the horizon, ending one job, and starting a new one. I’m not going to question my lucky star alignment, but I will question my sanity. To say the least, things were starting to get overwhelming on my end. It hit me 10 days before the wedding (let me repeat that again, 10 DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING) that I desperately needed help to get those final details and close loose ends. I sent an email blast on The Knot for “Day-of-Wedding Coordinators” and stood by patiently. Within 15-20minutes, Jazmine answered my email and within the hour we were already video chatting. Meeting and getting to know Jazmine online, I immediately felt the weight fall off my shoulders and just a sigh of relief. She was so ready to dive right in. By the next morning, she already connected with the venue coordinators and our DJ.

Jazmine’s support, thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and responsiveness was impeccable! She not only allowed us to enjoy the day, but allowed our families to enjoy the day as well and not have “responsibilities,” which is so hard for us and our families to let go and have someone else take over. I promise you, our families RAVED about Jazmine. They mentioned the venue, Jazmine, food and drinks in that order. Jazmine went over and beyond for us. The day went so smoothly until it was time to go home. When exiting the venue, the street was closed, cars were getting towed, and some of our family members had a little too much to drink. No one could have predicted this. After two canceled Uber rides to get two family members home, Jazmine ended up taking them home. We were so beyond grateful to have had Jazmine at that moment. From coordinating car rides for pictures, table decor to checking in on family members we were just amazed. My cousin was so impressed that he even reached out to Jazmine to help friends who are also getting married this year. You would be SO LUCKY and so glad to have Jazmine on your wedding day, she was an absolute dream to work with!!!
