Jayne Heir Weddings

Jamesa of Jayne Heir Weddings is God sent! I've known Jamesa for over 10 years and she has truly become more than a Friend to me, she's my sister! When my Husband and I began wedding planning, I knew that I wanted Jamesa to play a part (As she did for my Sister's wedding 5 years prior). She is kindhearted, knowledgeable, and very professional. She served as our Day of Coordinator and ensured that our day went off without a hitch! I am forever grateful to Jamesa and her team for the role they played in such a major occasion. It was one of the BEST days of our lives.

To summarize, JayneHeir is the absolute best event planner!!
My (now) husband and I got engaged September 26, 2020, and immediately started the search for a wedding planner. We narrowed down our list to three planners and “interviewed” them, with JayneHeir being one of the three. Needless to say, Jamésa of JayneHeir completely blew us away. We got married May 21, 2022, so we had over 18 months to work with Jamésa. She was an absolute pleasure the entire time. From the very beginning, Jamésa’s energy was so lively and you could immediately see her “planner mode” activated by the little details my husband and I gave on what our dream wedding was. She took those few ideas and brought our vision to life. Beyond executing the wedding details, Jamésa and her team had the best communication skills. They were so responsive whether it was a phone call, text, email, anything. In fact, you’d think Jamésa would slow down even when she was pregnant and near her due date. But no, that wasn’t Jamésa’s or JayneHeir’s style. And because of that level of committed to addressing all our questions, no whether how basic, I can honestly say that my husband and I truly got to enjoy this wedding experience. There was no anxiety or pressure regarding whether the wedding would turn out nice. We put our complete faith and trust in their team, and wasn’t disappointed in slightest. The vendor selection provided by Jamésa was top notch; the platform used to budget, schedule, and outline wedding details was a great resource; the gratitude we have for their team, immeasurable. We went with JayneHeir for wedding planning, left knowing that we need her team’s expertise for all other milestone events we’ll have in the future. So to summarize again, JayneHeir is the absolute best! I’d 1000% recommend.

Jamesa and her team was amazing from start to finish and even after. She made the entire planning process seamless and easy. She incorporated tools to help us monitor and track our budget/spending. Had a plethora of suggestions for each vendor as well as tips and tricks to save money as well as maximize the value we were getting.

Wedding Day went down without a single issue as the Jayne Heir team dotted every "i" and crossed every "t" and was allowed my wife and I to be in the moment and truly enjoy our day.

Not only was Jamesa and her team extremely professional they were also very accessible as well easy to talk to. I would recommend them 10 times out of 10 and will definitely be going back to them for the vow renewal.
