Anthony and Carmen and the Moriches Catering team are nothing short of amazing! We got married in June 2021 and had to navigate all of the ever changing COVID guidelines - Anthony made that easy. He was able to guide us to the best decisions balancing our budget and my wants in terms of overall aesthetics, working seamlessly with our planner. Their years of experience made you confident there was nothing they couldn't handle. Not only were the logistics a breeze, but the food is incredible. Our guests still talk about how amazing the food was and there was plenty of it. The service team was also incredible. We had someone personally assigned to us to make sure we ate and never had an empty glass. I can't say enough good things about the Moriches Catering team. Trust that you'll be in the best hands on your special day!

We had a small and intimate wedding in my parents backyard and Broadway Gourmet Caterers made it feel like a formal, regal, elaborate affair. White glove services, incredible food and special attention to all of our EXTRA-ness. Highly recommend and encourage people to talk to Shannon, she makes dreams come true.

Mobile Delights is an OUTSTANDING company for any event! My husband and I used this company as part of our favors for our wedding. Steve, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is extremely responsive, informative, professional, and truly cares about his company, his employees, and of course, his clients. Steve's communication was consistently clear. He patiently worked with us to pick the best package for our event and for the amount of guests we had. When it came to our event, his truck was absolutely top notch. His food truck is clean, pristine, and nicely organized. His employees, Steve and Frank are nothing short of gentlemen and true professionals. They showed up promptly with the truck already organized perfectly and they laid out the red carpet for us literally! Steve and Frank introduced themselves to us, allowed us to have a sneak peak and treat, and even made our own goodie bag! Steve and Frank took the time to ensure that every guest was taken care of by the end of the night before leaving our venue. We highly HIGHLY recommend using Steve from Mobile Delights for any of your special occasions- it was a big hit and our guests are still raving about it! Thank you for making our event extra "sweet" and special!

Iavarone was one of the best assets to our wedding day. They were so accommodating from our initial phone call, through our planning process, and of course on our wedding day. Our guests raved about all of the food (they did our cocktail hour, buffet dinner and our desserts). They were honest in pointing us in the right direction for certain food choices (we had an off premise wedding, so their honesty and advise went a long way as to which foods would be best for our event).

TRULY THE BEST! I am so happy that I chose Creative Courses as my wedding caterer. Samy is a pleasure to work with. He truly listens to what you want and works with you every step of the way. Him and his team were pure gems on our special day, and we did not have a coordinator. I (the bride) took it upon myself to coordinate everything, but Samy really listened, and took the reigns and did a magnificent job. Samy and his team were incredibly polite, professional and super respectful. And the FOOD!...INCREDIBLE! We chose to have a Tuscan table, passed Hors d'oeuvres and a plated dinner. Each Hors d'oeuvre was better than the last. We had a variety of flavors being passed around; miniature cheese pies to represent my husband’s Greek side, Prosciutto wrapped asparagus (Yummy!!), pulled chicken tostadas (not spicy and super delicious), beef skewers, Mushroom crostini’s and Veggie Spring rolls. All were super delicious! The dinner – YUMMM! When I came to my table, I was pleasantly surprised to find every choice on my table, all beautifully plated (separately of course). Samy wanted us to try everything and so we did! We had the skirt steak, a lovely pan-seared Salmon and the chicken breast. All the guests loved the food and they loved the fact that they could order at the table and get their meal the way they want. (Side note, we interviewed with a caterer who wanted to plate all the choices on one plate whether you ordered it or not, just so they can say that they can feed all your guests at the same time within minutes-HUGE NO NO for us). The guests still talk about the food! Samy and his team went above and beyond to make our day even more perfect! I literally can keep going about Samy and his staff but at some point, the review wont sound believable anymore. My husband and I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically would recommend them for your big day! And….they have The North fork Shack in Southold! So, you can eat their food beyond just a catered event!

Joy and Al rock! The food was the most complimented part of our wedding, with many guests saying it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. They worked with us every step to create exactly the menu we wanted, and were very flexible in seeking out the best ingredients to make sure our food was as locally sourced as possible. They brought in a great team, including the bar staff, and everything went perfectly on the big day. Highly recommended!

We couldn't ask for more!!! Food Cafe catering service set the standard. Eliscia and Rich was accommadating and professional as they made sure went as planned. Eliscia has been wonderful and a pleasure to work with.. attentive, much attention to details and warm. The Maître d' Joe and the catering team were superb during the wedding. They showed up and did an amazing job. The food...oh yes... the food was delicious. Our guest kept messaging us of how much they enjoyed the food at our wedding.

From the very first tasting to the last bite on our wedding night, our experience with Christopher Michael catering was extraordinary. We wanted our dinner to feel like a Michelin-star-rated experience, and they delivered that and more. Our guest are still talking about the hors d'oeuvres passed around during cocktail hour. As the bride, I unfortunately did not get to enjoy that hour between pictures and getting ready for our entrance into the reception, but Matt thinks of all that, and every time I turned around there was a plate for my husband, wedding party and I waiting. The lobster rolls were my favorite. They were very popular amongst our guest as well. The French-style service was flawless. The food came out piping hot and our guest really enjoyed being able to eat a little of each meat brought out. They didn't have to pick an entree; they were served everything! They were able to eat the chicken, tuna, AND steak if they wanted! The dishes were bursting with flavor. One thing that truly sets them apart is their gift for hospitality. Each server and bartender treated our guests with warmth and professionalism. I had a cocktail on my table every time I turned around with fresh ice. Although, I didn't get to drink much lol. I would love to comment on my communication with them; however, I eventually hired wedding planners to take care of that on my behalf. They did mention that Christine is very professional and easy to communicate with. Before I brought them on though, Matt was very quick to return any calls and even did a house visit during one of my pre-wedding panic attacks to assure me that he had it! If you're looking for a caterer who elevates food and brings genuine heart to their work, Christopher Michaels catering is it! I will 100% recommend them and use them for any future celebrations. Adam and Liz exceeded all expectations for our catering- we couldn’t have been more thrilled with their entire team! From the moment we started working with them, Adam and Liz demonstrated both a strong command of the job to be done with the right amount of flexibility to personalize it for what we were looking for. We had a logistically complex wedding - 180 people at an outdoor, at-home venue. Their team never flinched at the task. They were our partners from the start - brainstorming alongside us to create the best guest experience. And they delivered (cooking out back behind the house, serving food on a beach, and navigating unique venue dynamics). The food was delicious (guests have repeatedly told us it the best wedding food!) and the run of show was seamless. They even navigated a crazy thunderstorm - never once allowing it to impact the party. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and I give By Hand the credit. We would recommend Adam and Liz 10/10!!
