I hired the Platinum Party Planner team to create a beautiful engagement party at my home this summer. From my first interaction with Tracy, I knew the experience would be outstanding; and I was right. From the planning all the way through the day of the event every detail was considered and taken care of. The communication was excellent, the food was incredible ( people are still talking about it ), the staff that arrived that day were top notch and I was able to be fully present and enjoy the experience with my family. The pictures from the day of the party reflect how we all felt that day and I believe Tracy and George really cared about our happiness and did everything possible to create a memorable day. Tracy and her team at Platinum Party are simply amazing! We started out using them just for catering as their food is absolutely delicious! They were so accommodating to my and our guests' food intolerances. Usually food is a hassle for me and they made it something exciting! Our guests were talking about the food for weeks afterwards. We also used them for the month of coordination and it was the best decision we made. The Platinum team ensured everyone was on the same page, helped us refine all the details, and truly made the day perfect. The day of, Jess was so helpful while we were getting ready, keeping everyone on time, and keeping track of everything! Working with them was so easy. We couldn't recommend them more!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better catering team for our wedding! From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The food was absolutely incredible our guests are still raving about it and the presentation was beautiful.

We planned everything from the West Coast, which could have been stressful, but Tracy and the Platinum team made the entire process a breeze and kept us at ease the whole time. She was incredibly responsive and patient with my many, many texts and phone calls. On our wedding day, we were able to be fully present and enjoy ourselves knowing everything was seamlessly taken care of. Our guests are still raving about the wedding -- many said it was the best they'd ever been to! Also, the food was phenomenal, especially the cocktail hour! We are forever grateful and would highly recommend Tracy and the Platinum team to anyone looking to plan a stress-free, unforgettable event.

Platinum Party is the best! Tracy made the planning process so easy and everything turned out better than I could have ever hoped for. Our guests loved the food and the bar kept it moving all night! Will definitely use them again!

Thanks to Tracy and her team, our wedding day was far beyond what we ever dreamt of!!!! I will rewind back to when I first emailed Tracy about our wedding catering inquiry. She was super responsive and able to get us in for a tasting ASAP. We instantly were drawn to Platinum Party Planners because they offered a variety of catering packages and we were able to pick one that suited our budget. A lot of other caterers were firm with their pricing which is stressful! During the food tasting, Tracy sat with us to discuss our wedding day vision and took thorough notes. Because I did not have a "day of" planner to setup all my DIYs/decor, she said not to worry and her team would handle it (ummm AMAZING!!!!!!). At the tasting, we were blown away not only by the taste of everyone, but the gorgeous plating! Everything was absolutely beautiful and screamed high end, even with our limited budget. We had our wedding at RGNY Riverhead and initially they wanted us to choose a caterer from their exclusive list. Tracy went out of her way to meet with the managers/staff at RGNY and thanks to her high level of professionalism and expertise, they allowed us to proceed with using Platinum at our caterer!!! Prior to the wedding, Platinum assembled a whole timeline/order of events for our wedding day (with my approval of course!). Fast forward to our wedding day, Tracy NAILED our decor instructions, food was delicious, and the staff was awesome!! Platinum also made up menu cards for each seat, UNREAL!! Tracy only approached me ONE time the whole wedding day and it was only to say hi and congratulations!! This showed me she had everything under control and didn't need my input on anything. Once the reception ended, the team thoroughly cleaned up and took care of disposing all the garbage. All this to say, I truly could not thank Platinum Party Planners enough. They went above and BEYOND to make me the happiest and most stress-free bride in the world. I will forever look back on that day as the happiest day of my life. We used Platinum Party Planners for a small holiday party of 20 friends and family in our home. We were blown away! The food is amazing , the staff is wonderful. We really enjoyed working with Tracey she understood our needs and worked within our budget. She is professional , reliable and attentive. We are already looking forward to next year’s party. We recently were married in September 2024 in Sag Harbor. Platinum Parties (Tracy & George) were the absolute best decision we made for the wedding. They were so responsive during the entire process and always willing to listen, give advice and support our big day. From the start with the tasting, site visit, menu selections and most of all the actual wedding day Tracy & George were the BEST.

Platinum was able to meet all of our expectations and more. The food options seemed endless and every hors d'oeuvre plus main dish was spectacular. We still have guests mentioning that the food at our wedding was top notch. Tracy, George and their staff went above and beyond and we are so happy we chose Platinum. We had over 200 people and Platinum had no problem in serving everyone with a high level of expertise. I don’t think that you can find a better caterer at a better price!

A quick note on the food we had…. During cocktail hour we went with the charcuterie tuscan board, seafood display and Asian station. Everything was outstanding. In addition, the passed hor’doeuvres such as the blackened ahi tuna crisp and lamb skewers were mouth-watering. We had a ravioli pasta dish with blush cream sauce that I still think about to this day. The main entrees were wonderful as well (grilled filet, Chilean sea bass).

Lastly, Tracy was our day of coordinator and without her the wedding would not have taken place! Leading up to the day, Tracy coordinated with all of the other vendors and took a lot of stress off of our plate. Jessica, her right-hand woman, was also amazing in this role. During our rehearsal Tracy and Jessica helped to get everyone organized. On the actual wedding day they were there the entire day taking care of all details big & small. They helped so much when we needed to pivot to our backup plan because of rain. Even the small things that are sometimes afterthoughts (repairing jewelry, changing dresses, providing a separate plate of food for the bride and groom etc.). They did not miss a beat! I would highly recommend this additional service.
