About the Owners
The executive chef of Platinum Party, George Feliciano, along with his partner Tracy Koenig, who oversees event management and coordination, shares a profound enthusiasm for creating exceptional experiences for their clients. George is a true craftsman in his field, expertly inventing delightful hors d’oeuvres and scrumptious dishes. When you indulge in Chef George's creations, you'll truly appreciate the use of the freshest ingredients, all infused with a hint of magic!
The Food, Menu Styles and Bar Package
To give you a quick visual treat, here are some of Platinum’s tempting hors d’oeuvres: Shrimp and Chorizo Empanadas served with our famous Platinum Chimichurri sauce, Sweet Potato Pancakes topped with Sunflower Seeds, Crème, and Apple Chutney – they practically dissolve in your mouth! And we can’t overlook our hearty Kobe Beef Sliders. Among our entrées that will tantalize your taste buds are the filet mignon with porcini cream, grilled marinated Asian salmon with pineapple mango salsa, and our Platinum panko-crusted chicken cutlets with confetti bruschetta and balsamic, just to name a few!

I hired the Platinum Party Planner team to create a beautiful engagement party at my home this summer. From the planning all the way through the day of the event every detail was considered and taken care of.
